Hello Dear all, I Have suggestion about your hotel, Really about location so good and view rooms fantastic, But about Breakfast so so bad and no Design and no Delicious, Because 5 day i am stay to your hotel at 9:00 am with family i came dawn for breakfast, Half breakfast finished don't complete again this point not good for your hotel, Because I worked 5 star Hotel at Sheraton,,, i am sorry thanks for everything.

They put 3 beda in a room which is designed for 2 bed, so one bed was exactly under the bedside lamp and so many times the light hit my head. Food was awful compare with different hotels, no variety in food. A man who was manager of restaurant had bad behavior. Spa, pool, all facilities were closed during our vacation in January.

What I liked was the location and fair price.

The room was too small for the price. Toilet was not clean, no toilet rolls provided for 3 days even though asked the reception staff for rolls. Food was not good. Beds were not comfortable at all. Poor lighting in the room.

WiFi connection is poor. breakfast choices are very limited with no traditional Turkish tea or international choices basic breakfast only. lifts are very temperamental and only two lifts available. pool is 2 meters deep and operates from 10am to 7pm, gym is out of use. beds are hard to sleep on. avoid provided shower gels and soaps gives you dry skin. no usb charge points. no remote for AC. a kettle is provided with no coffee or teabags. no iron is provided. overall customer services is poor and extremely difficult to explain concerns.

Looks nice, location was good and market at the lobby was helpful. Loved the pool area also! Good price for a vacation. Also the Cender taxi service was useful.

Looks like these are the last days of this hotel before renovation. The staff is lazy, breakfasts are poor - as noted in other review.

The AC wasn't working well. It was hot and when I called they sent the electrician, He insisted that there is nothing wrong with the AC. The room was hot all the time. Other than that The hotel was amazing.

The room was big and spacious and has the city and sea view which was amazing. the breakfast was not that good. It didn't has a lot of choices. The hotel location was excellent. there are many shops and restaurants near by.

In-room 310, the shower head is not good, it leaks and sprays in all directions. It's uncomfortable, otherwise good.

In the middle of the city Staff were so friendly .. my husband lost his eyeglasses and the receptionist helped us so much .. He called the optician and requested that she helps us in getting a new one done the soonest .. thanks to him
