The only annoying thing is that people hurry up in the morning to reserve the chairs next to the swimming pool and on the beach. You can come slightly later: almost no people at the pool, but all the chairs occupied.

Nice pools, a lot of activities, big variety of food. My kids really enjoyed the kids club.

my only issue was the bed and pillows, not very comfortable. I asked for different pillows, they provided but it was mostly the same issue. a bit crowded in the main area.

overall the stay was very pleasant. staff are super friendly and it’s very good value for money. activities were plenty, aqua park was limited in rides but very suitable for my kids age. food was superb overall and plenty of options. kids loved it. lovely beach.

Due to exceptional service some quests are a bit spoiled and behave arrogant.

Food, staff, facility, program and activities and beach all are extraordinary satisfactory and perfect. I have never experienced such a perfect holiday with that price range. I still wonder how the facility can make benefit after providing so much services. All staff was Professional and friendly.

Only minimarket at hotel is not run by the hotel and you can not let children to go there to shop by their own becouse they charge too much from them. It is a shame, since hotel area is in all other parts very safe and well organised.

Well, nothing in particular except one employee attempted to enter my room without giving me oppurtunity to answer to door. Customer relationship manager Mr. Serdar took my compliant very proffesionally.

Well, hotel complex are actually perfect. It just met my requirements no matter what. You can find something to eat or drink anytime of the day, aqua park is fun, snack bar is good and everything is clean. It has gardens that are green and almost all rooms that I could see has a balcony.

The rooms are very cold and there is no heating Unfortunately, the food is bad and there is no variety ، They put a separating glass in the restaurant, in order to take an apple you need half an hour, this is a very bad thing, you feel like you are in prison and you ask for food and get it after a long time

I can say that we were completely delighted with everything. We really liked the concept of the resort. The villas were located in a beautiful environment full of flowers and greenery. The staff was very helpful, friendly and you felt like you were at home. The AI buffet was great and delicious, every day, for every meal there were a variety of options and really no one could stay hungry. We especially liked the included activities in AI (we enjoyed the banana ride the most:)). This was our best vacation after a long time. We recommend the resort to anyone who wants to enjoy accommodation in a beautiful environment, relaxing on the beach, enjoying delicious food, having fun in various activities... You will not regret it. Thank you for everything. :)

Everything. This place is amazing. It is not only all inclusive, eating and going to the beach. It is an all around entertainment: gym, sauna, windsurf, kayak, beach volleyball, tennis etc, all for one price. Amazing.

the rooms it can be waaay better and TV size not good at all , make sure you dont take massage there it is the worse my pregnant wife took one for 90 EUR and it ranked it as 0 out of 10 .

1. Very crowded... Which was especially visible in the main restaurant and at the beach. It felf like the hotel territory and facilities is designed for 3 times less occupancy range... 2. Room service: rooms are supposed to be cleaned every day, yet it took me calls almost every second day to the reception to make it happen. Same with towels changing and delivering free water to the room... So we had the room cleaned every day, but it did not happen automatically)) 3. My request on the room location, sent to the hotel via booking.com was disregarded
