Everything was good.

Excellent facilities and activities for families with kids of all ages. Our kids enjoyed mostly the slides, swimming pool, banana boat, foam party. Food is good. Staff is friendly.

More sporting facilities (limited number of tennis courts, football pitch was not good, could have more beach tennis and volleyball courts). No indoor or pool with heating. Small sauna.

Iy was a perfect holiday. Everything was organised so well. The location, activities, the sea, the food. Guests and staff are all respectful. It was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in - and I’ve been to thousands!

The entertainment wasn’t what I expected, we were coming to visit Turkey we expected something Turkish tradition but with all the respect we felt that we are visiting Russia all the entertainment were for them , I think it wasn’t right to that extreme have something but not everything , even the show not even one Turkish song only English and nothing Turkish entertainment which I was looking forward for that, the beds were horrible to sleep on

The property was amazing but the rooms needs to be upgraded especially the beds , the first night we couldn’t sleep our body was aching we we’re moving from side to side and the pillows were horrible very old and fashion very hard not modern , we complained then they put us mattress topper it helped a bit , they need to upgrade the beds because the rooms don’t suit with the actual resort but the actual resort is amazing have everything the food was more than excellent , the staff were good and helpful and friendly , the activities were great we had great fun there.

We had two vegans in our group and their experience was mediocre. There was a vegan corner and vegan options but only a few and they were the same every day. Plain pasta was marked as having milk, then we asked the staff said it did not contain milk, but all sauces did. When requested , the chef did make some nice options ( pancakes, sorbet ice cream , brought out hummus ( why does hummus need to come out in request in Turkey??) And avocado - but when there are multiple options if everything else it feels frustrating that you have ti ask for basic vegan options. At the last breakfast there was cereal but no nondairy milk. There was a beans and corn salad - in the vegan corner - marked as having eggs, milk and fish ( it had nine of those)... Another frustrating thing is that while the club is full of adverts for green credentials, you can only get water in plastic bottles, and lots of them. Even when I asked to get a refill if a plastic bottle, the barman through it away and gave me a new one

The only small downside I would say is that the person who carries your luggage for 2 minutes quite actively hints to leave tips, as it seemed to me, so on the way back I just brought my luggage myself :) it was easier overall.

Great hotel especially for children. There is everything you need: water pools, aquapark with the slides that are interesting even for adults, nice beach with free banana ride. In contrast to other hotels in the area this one has great kitchen. The food is tasty as well as sweets. Turkish restaurant on site is great as well. Thanks to the customer relations team for making us a last minute reservation there. The hotel has great park and walking area so you're never bored. And the speed of wifi is great as well, I was able to upload 4k videos quote fast. Great cocktails as well. Thanks for the holiday, we will come back.

I loved my overall experience and the energy of the place was fantastic! The staff make the place! They are all top notch and I felt like a VIP over my entire stay, humble, yet friendly and extremely serviceable! I give the the guy cleaning the pools and the pool showers by the snack bar- I can’t recall his name but so kind and always there to serve and make our stay more enjoyable a 10 for his good vibes and a big thank you!
