Hot water seemed to be available in shower room for only short periods, and prevented me from showering when I would normally choose to do so-I don't like cold showers!

Traditional Turkish breakfast with plenty of choice and as much as you can eat. Fresh coffee was available in the foyer all day at no charge. Location is very central to all the amenities of the town.

Breakfast is a bit poor for a 4 star hotel.

Location is good.Very pleased with the stay at the hotel, especially the hospitality of Fahri who solved absolutely all problems, helped with advice and made the stay unforgettable. The hotel is clean and has some amazing views from the rooms as well.

a bit noisy in the morning, some maintenance machinery works from 9 am TV device and channel need to be renovated

location is 10 min walking from the mall and shops around , clean and nice view , staff are nice and helpful, coffee and water are available 24/7

The staffs are very nice and friendly! Especially Fahri arranged everything for me! He took me to buy the SIM card, show me around the city and arrange the taxi to the airport for me in the early morning! It was really helpful and made my trip in Bodrum more enjoyable!

The food was really great and fresh most of the time, but you must be wary of it and be careful because once or twice we found some food that felt a bit off. We stayed for 8 nights or so and that was the only downside I had. Other than that their food was indeed delicious and fresh! Also, was not a fan of the bar street it is next to, I preferred Yalikavak or the bodrum marina nightlife. Their gym A/C was not working as well, I hope they fix it, but to be fair I never saw anyone go to the gym there but myself, lol. But don't let this scare you away, the hotel is definitely one of my top picks in all of bodrum. I would come back again and again!

I loved the ambience of the hotel, the amount of young people who stayed there, cool people! Great mix of women and men as well as families here and there, and the hotel provided entertainment and activities for the guests to enjoy meanwhile. The hotel is alive in the day time and I made many friends in there. The staff is all young people, and they are very kind and on the clock 24/7. The restaurant manager was very kind and hospitable as well as the hotel owner. We felt like we were amongst family there and honestly that was the highlight of our experience. The room otherwise was spacious and the beds were comfortable, as well as the big balcony we had facing the pool. One day the housekeeping left us a surprise of rose petals all over our room and it was so heartwarming. Also, the air conditioning was super cold and great! They also had access to a beach in Bitez with complimentary bus transfer, and it was so amazing and blue crystal clear waters there. It's a very lively hotel, and I think same can be said for all the all-inclusive hotels in Bodrum.

Noise. Too many loud activities near the pool, also the toilet flash did not work on the first day until I asked for repair.

The pool hours are bad!! They need to figure a way to have the pool open until late night at least midnight! Also they should have a thermal small pool lien every one in Turkey.

It doesnt affect my overall opinion but the lights in the bathroom are not very bright and it was difficult to do makeup there. However there is a big mirror in the room so you can do the makeup in the room.

Strange enough that I had to pay extra money as rent for the deposit box in my room!!!!! It doesn’t reflect a 4 or even 3 star hotel.

Value for the money is very good, staff are ok. Mr. Fakhri at the reception is a very nice and helpful person. Transportstion is very close. Plenty of restaurants around the hotel.

The way the breakfast is served is not the best, plus its the same food every morning. But overall, a nice experience at Shark Hotel! I recommend it 100%!

Big rooms. Very helpful and friendly staff. Nice pool. Good AC! Nice bathrooms! No mosque around, therefore no noise at night!!!!!
