My only suggestion is to have more English-speaking staff as they have a lot of non-Turkish visitors. Baski was excellent however in helping us out when needed.

Superb location out of town with great views of the ski runs & lifts. I imagine in winter season it would be a dream to be that close to the lifts. No hauling heavy and cumbersome ski equipment.

You should tell the children not to touch the piano if they can not play it.

Best location in the ski center. Very kind and helpful staff. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Breakfast OK. Prices in the restaurant are fine.

They have kindly checked us in early. As soon as we have arrived, our room was already available for us. Much appreciated after a long flight. They have also kindly upgraded us to suit room which was huge. Breakfast and dinners were delicious, had lots of options. Staff were the kindest we could ask for, everyone was very helpful. The hotel was very clean throughout and the room has been cleaned everyday very throughly. Location is excellent. Hotel has every facility you could ask for. Ski and snowboard equipment is available, very convenient.

bad restaurant. Awful food, very long awaiting we got the room with separate beds, but we booked one big bed. They couldn’t change it. they didn’t calculate money , that we paid. And after that called us by phone and said that we paid less

If I got it right, the profile says ski pass is included, but it’s not. Not a big deal, but I believe the profile should be updated.

Nice location, it’s just near the gondola lift. The room is clean and cozy. Friendly personnel are ready to help with anything you need.

It’s in hotels control of course but the ski slopes that lead to the hotel were not open yet in late December. Most of the food was freshly cooked but some were obviously leftover from the previous day. Hama/Spa/Gym floor could be a bit more organised.

The food is so good! It is really close to the ski facilities. Good price for the rentals too. And the staff was really nice. Definitely will book again next season!

It's really a good value for the price of everything, including ski rental and ski pass. Staff are very nice too. I had half board and the food were tasty. Will come back on the next snow season.
