Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

QatarRoom space: tiny. You need to book the room for 3 or more people to have more space. Room condition: in the bathroom there was water leaking and furniture is quite old. Mattress was not comfortable at all. The room was not properly cleaned you can see and feel dust everywhere and the sewerage smell in the bathroom was strong. The hotel need to have a better maintenance and cleaning staff and rooms to be refurbished however based on the receptionist this work has started already.
Staff is nice, polite and helpful. Breakfast is good. Location is perfect.

I allowed enough time to pass before evaluating the hotel so that I could give an evaluation without the emotional impact of what happened. The reception was perfect. We were treated very well, in fact, the Turkish people are very kind. The Hotel is excellent. Well located, everything perfect. The only thing that made us very sad, and it is not the fault of the hotel owners, was the disappearance of an earphone after they had changed our room. They changed our rooms when we were sightseeing and as we trusted the hotel, we didn't check our luggage when we returned. Sad, because in a hotel with wonderful people in an incredible country someone has an attitude like this. It was an expensive headset, it made us very upset. I would stay at the hotel again, but I would leave my bags locked with a padlock. The relatively high rating we gave was because everything else in the hotel was perfect. The kind and welcoming reception... I am extremely sorry that what happened had such a detrimental effect on our stay.

SpainMy family and I stayed at this hotel for 8 nights, and I must admit that from the first day to the last, they consistently met our expectations. I did not have such an amazing communication experience and customer service in Istanbul from other restaurants and hotels; Although the staff at this hotel are always helpful and caring instead, they never faltered. The rooms are clean, with daily changes of towels and toilet trash, and the beds are well-made. The breakfast features mostly fresh ingredients, and they make an effort to vary one to two dishes for added variety. I just recommended that they print door tags for every room to avoid disturbance in case of resting. They deserve to enhance their services. ❤️ Thanks.

United StatesNot really much to say, I liked the hotel. The AC was in awkward area not in front of the beds so it took a while to get cold.
The location was nice, but as a bit more conservative I didn’t like being close to areas serving alcohol but I guess that comes with the city. The hotel staff was extremely nice and the room was very clean. The breakfast had a nice variety and was served on time.
