It is a budget friendly hotel, so I didn’t have huge expectations - I knew this when I booked. The only thing that I would say and this is me being picky, is that the room didn’t have a wardrobe

The staff were amazing, Mustafa in reception was exceptional. He was super helpful in giving us advice in how to get to places along with helping to book activities for us, thank you Mustafa. The hotel is in a great location, easy to walk to the many restaurants, shops, the Bosphorus, along with being superb close to the train station and tram stops. The hotel serves a great breakfast too, and the staff are really helpful and friendly.

Only one staff who is font of the hotel reception need sort out of his attitude and he bang our passport on the table which it is not professional job do that. We dislike his attitude and he need smile more often as we had see him for 2 night all he is bad mood. cos he can put people off like he did to us. Or won’t be good for your business if he carry on like it. Other staff guys and All the lady staff is amazing. I can’t lie about the breakfast is awful! And nothing same. I only eat is butter bread and boiled egg that it. I have been turkey loads of times as they never failed me but your is need proven. Also we waste of money for one day breakfast for today because one of you did phone taxi is way too early that how explain we miss the breakfast which we are very disappointed. I did feel fizzy with empty stomach. The planned didn’t seem well. We did told you 9am not 8.30am. We have no problem with rooms and all is good.

Location was excellent. Room was smaller as we expected in Istanbul but had lot of place to store our stuff and it was nice and clean. Housekeeping was done every day. Breakfast was really good. We did not expected that breakfast will be so versatile. Really good value for the money. I would recomend it.

Room space: tiny. You need to book the room for 3 or more people to have more space. Room condition: in the bathroom there was water leaking and furniture is quite old. Mattress was not comfortable at all. The room was not properly cleaned you can see and feel dust everywhere and the sewerage smell in the bathroom was strong. The hotel need to have a better maintenance and cleaning staff and rooms to be refurbished however based on the receptionist this work has started already.

Staff is nice, polite and helpful. Breakfast is good. Location is perfect.

Room was too small for 3 people when I booked was different room but physically was smaller room Even request to them if possible can we check out bit earlier but nothing been arranged even breakfast was waste of money only location was good

I allowed enough time to pass before evaluating the hotel so that I could give an evaluation without the emotional impact of what happened. The reception was perfect. We were treated very well, in fact, the Turkish people are very kind. The Hotel is excellent. Well located, everything perfect. The only thing that made us very sad, and it is not the fault of the hotel owners, was the disappearance of an earphone after they had changed our room. They changed our rooms when we were sightseeing and as we trusted the hotel, we didn't check our luggage when we returned. Sad, because in a hotel with wonderful people in an incredible country someone has an attitude like this. It was an expensive headset, it made us very upset. I would stay at the hotel again, but I would leave my bags locked with a padlock. The relatively high rating we gave was because everything else in the hotel was perfect. The kind and welcoming reception... I am extremely sorry that what happened had such a detrimental effect on our stay.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for 8 nights, and I must admit that from the first day to the last, they consistently met our expectations. I did not have such an amazing communication experience and customer service in Istanbul from other restaurants and hotels; Although the staff at this hotel are always helpful and caring instead, they never faltered. The rooms are clean, with daily changes of towels and toilet trash, and the beds are well-made. The breakfast features mostly fresh ingredients, and they make an effort to vary one to two dishes for added variety. I just recommended that they print door tags for every room to avoid disturbance in case of resting. They deserve to enhance their services. ❤️ Thanks.

The location is excellent for travelers who are going to visit Istanbul sightsthings, staff is helpful and friendly especially Caner was very friendly and helpful. This is a good value for money.

The lift can only accomodate 3 persons. But its a good exercise to climb the stairs..

Hotel needs full decoration including rooms they need painting new furniture new tvs my one never worked. Bathrooms need do it. Also it should be more clean

Lift

Breakfast was really good. Only issue was the lift which could fit only 3 persons at a time. Staff very welcoming. Overall i enjoyed my stay there. There’s an African lady there. She was exceptionally kind and helpful.

My room was dirty, dirty fridge and under beds. Breakfast was poor, every morning the same, and not realy like a pictures.
