Air conditioning in the main hotel areas could be less cold at this early time of year, although I am sure very much needed throughout the summer !!

The Friday night Masquerade party night entertainment was spectacular with superb support from the animation team particularly Hasan and Halil helped dance the night away mixing with everyone. The pool loungers were plentiful and clean, the pool bar staff very attentive big thanks to Mehmet for his expertise in mixing cocktails. We enjoyed the Spa centre too although only one time. Finally the restaurants were spotlessly clean and the choice and quality of food second to none.

There are things that could be improved, such as having bathroom products at discretion (not on request or tips), acceptable rates for extra charge services (a hairstyle with braids costs approx. 60 euros, a henna tattoo is 40 euros). A more varied offer at meals would have been expected, plus bottled drinks, chips, snacks, as expected for the ultra all inclusive concept

A huge complex, full of pools (unfortunately not heated), bars and restaurants. The staff is very helpful. Sandy beach right in front of the hotel, towels and sunbeds are free. There are plenty of side dishes to choose from throughout the day. A taxi to Side is 17 euros one way, to the airport 60 euros one way. Every night there is some musical program, which could be a bit disturbing if you want to put children to sleep, as the rooms are not soundproofed. I absolutely recommend it.

Wonderful hotel. Beautiful complex, fully equipped. We arrived early in the morning. We received a ribbon with which we could take all parts of the ultra all inclusive service. The staff is nice, the food and drinks are delicious. Many activities await applicants. A wonderful pool, a few steps to the beach, everything for the guests. We would like to return.

The jacuzzi inside was cold, is it so much electricity to heat it?

This hotel is super in all ways. The ambiance, the staff, the pools, even the gym was very good. Its almost a perfect hotel. For the price it maybe the best value in the world !

There was nothing I did no like, but I would like to suggest that you check the cleaning of the rooms. When we moved in, there was still small stuff laying around and under the bed, as well as coffee spill marks on the counter an against the walls. Also I would suggest you consider an upgrade to the rooms to fit in with the overall experience of the facility.

We loved all the facilities and enjoyed every moment of it.

When we politely third day in a row from same guy refused any massages at spa centre (we were there for sauna), the guy told us in Russian: "you can not buy anything for no, thank you". It was quite offensive.

We had the best holiday here! We haven't done all inclusive before, so we don't have anything to compare it to, but we blown away with the quality of rooms, facilities and the food (wow - the food was good!). We used the turkish baths numerous times and highly recommend their treatments. The beach is gorgeous and we found that adults and children could have the best time, as everyone's ideal facility was within viewing distance. I could read a book on a lounger whilst keeping see my child in sight whilst she played in the playground (also with an large shade canopy over it) and be able to get everyone snacks and drinks within minutes. The pools are fantastic. We very much enjoyed the mini golf too!

The first room we received was on the 1st floor with view over a dirty roof and almost no view over the sea ( in spite of us having booked a sea view room). Luckily, we managed to have it changed, but I wonder whether this would have been the case in the peak season.

Hotel, food, stuff, beach, evening entertainment and the availability of all the facilities - spa, coffee shop, bars . Also, Batuhan served yummi cocktails :)
