It was too old. The cleaning isn’t done every day. When we went to our room we found the toilette rubbish in the middle of the room. And when we called the receprion to tell about this the guy said i don’t know what happend and didn’t even appologise.

The location was perfect. Very neat to metro and taksim.

1- Lighting is little dark, and paper walls look like old 2- laundry is super expensive, it would be better if the hotel management can provide another laundry contractor with good prices to clean the clothes for the guests.. this is highly important with number one priority that should solved by the hotel management

1. Reception staff is very helpful when needed and always smiling with good behavior and respectful manner 2. Location is perfect and close to everything metro station, Taksim Square, restaurants available around hotel etc I would like to thank the hotel staff for their support during our stay in the hotel and sure will back to this hotel next visit.. ☺️

Water was provided only for the first night and when asked for water on the next night I was told we provide for one night only which was strange for me,, very simple breakfast ,, need renovation,,, over all it was satisfactory stay

Sometimes wifi drops. Tv is pretty old - only some satellite tv channels available. Water is served in small 200ml boxes.

The hotel staff failed to provide any assistance in expediting the room allocation process. Despite my presence in the lobby from 8 in the morning until 12, they did not make any effort to inquire about my needs. It was a discourteous approach from a supposedly reputable four-star establishment. I had anticipated a higher level of service. After repeatedly requesting, I finally received the room after 12 o'clock.

the only concern was that I wish there would be no smoking customers and a good air ventilation system. sometimes their smoke was coming.

Hi, Location was just right, what exactly I needed. Since I was travelling from airport, i needed the closest hotel to bus station, it took me just 5 minutes to get there with my two luggage. The room was tidy and clean. I very enjoyed facility also breakfast which was fresh all what was required even above. Stuff was very kind and very helpful, I had some stuff that required refrigerator they kindly put them in there for a night, also they helped me with my heavy luggage.

Everything about the hotel was superb. Staff, service, breakfast, rooms, cleanliness, location everything was perfect and comfortable. Hotel was hardly at 100 meters distance from Metro station and at around 200meters from Airport bus shuttle stand. Taksim square and istikal Street was also v v near. For us the stay was pleasant and very comfortable.

It is getting old and things are not being fixed . Don’t stay in front rooms as it’s very loud and the windows are not sealing the noice . Staff is ok but some times they are not nice but over all not bad

Superb location, close to Istiklal Street and the metro. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed a delightful breakfast on the rooftop with a stunning view. They generously upgraded my room from one with no view to a room with a magnificent view of the Bosphorus. Istanbul has cast its magical spell on me. Thank you Germir Palas. Next time, you'll be my first choice, and yes, I will definitely be back soon.
