Nothing everything was great

The location is very close to tram station. There are some close restaurants and shops. The room is very spacious and nice and has a street view.. I didn't try the breakfast. The price also was convenient..

Room service was terrible, we couldn't get water, they only gave water after requesting it 5 times and it came 45mins later after the 5th request! Getting an iron was almost impossible. The guy at the reception admitted that room service was terrible and this is a common complaint people have, how can this hotel be rated 5star!?

The swimming pool wasn't very warm. Otherwise it was great.

It was very convenient for the tram, buses ,taxis, a few shops and a few good value places to eat. The cleaning staff were especially friendly.

Our stay at the hotel was disappointing because the rooms are old and need upgrading and serious maintenance work. The hangers don’t work, the cupboards don’t slide easily and the chairs in the room also feel really old and dirty. The cleaning also needs to be improved and the breakfast offered. Paying extra for breakfast is extremely disappointing as there isn’t a wide variety to choose from and the plates and glasses to eat and drink from also feel very dirty. We weren’t allowed to bring any food that we had bought outside to eat upstairs in our room and we had found that honestly bizarre and nonsensical. We also weren’t allowed to bring any leftovers upstairs which made no sense at all. Because of this we had some unpleasant experiences with the receptionists. If I recall her name correctly it was “Buse”. I can’t remember the other lady who gave us a tough time, she was also a brunette though and kept on rolling her eyes at us. Which we thought was really unprofessional. The security guards also spoke to us in a manner as if we are criminals for bringing food in. We would have appreciated this information to be made available to us at check-in instead. The other staff, however, were all friendly and made the stay pleasant.

We really enjoyed the size of the rooms and the fact that there was a metro station directly opposite the hotel

room furniture very old, service very disappointing, price not worth it at all. We stayed 28 days, Only ONE NIGHT the hotel provided us with two bottles of water.

An old hotel that does not deserve five stars and their treatment is very bad and room is very old and you have to give money to the parking, not free and when i check out i call reservation told me you have to bring your bags by yourself

I understood that No one allowed to bring any food & fruit inside the hotel ,we have to use the restaurant which is very bad & closed 10:30pm (the food is very bad). I have seen one person coming & the security man shouting on the customer because he has a takeaway and he don't know the security man he looks like security for food not the safety after I finished my days I left to next door hotel was very nice & cheaper. they sign me a paper at the check in that I cannot bring any food, or I have to give a fee to bring a food to Hotel !!!! this policy not seen or mentioned when I booked the the hotel.
