Location. Pool. Our room opened out to the pool. Lovely to sit there after dark and have a drink. Bats fly and drink from the pool. Good wifi.

Poor hospitality from the staffs and the owner. I go to Antalya every year and this hotel was the worst hotel we ever stayed in. I asked the staff to change our room since the shower was not working at all and their solution was to repair the shower instead of changing to a new room with a proper working shower. I even checked the booking.com website on that day I arrived, and there were 4 available rooms. It was very disappointing. The staffs won’t even care when you checked out. They won’t even help you out bringing out your luggages from their very steep staircase.

Noise, we didn't have a good sleep because it was very noisy 🙄 outside people singing drunk people 🙄 shouting like crazy 😳. The swimming pool time wasn't good. We were allowed to swim from 10am to 6pm.

The staff was very friendly, and breakfast was good. Close to beach shops. ⛱️ the air-condition was amazing 👏.

Mix up with the booking. We were put in the wrong room and had to organise breakfast as they thought it wasn't included on our booking. We were only there 2 nights so stayed in the room we were put as it wasn't too much of a problem.

We stayed for one week and the apartment wasnt cleaned once. Bed sheets never changed and towels were only changed when we asked for more.

Location was great and staff too on the front desk were really nice. The pool was nice and quiet but differs slightly from the pictures as do the rooms. The hotel is actually a carpet shop and the rooms are above. Great location. Would stay again

The cleanliness of the room was so poor. There’s no blanket, just a thin sheet and it wasn’t that clean as well. Toilet was dirty as well as towels. The breakfast was so poor, I didn’t expect that bad.

I had a balcony and the size of the balcony was too big and I really liked it.

Property was extremely dirty, filthy towels, broken shower which was connected with a plastic tube. AC didn’t work properly. No electric kettle( yeas right ) no coffee no room service no iron and finally no cleaning. It would have been a nice property back in the the but currently being managed externally poorly so don’t get fooled by the pictures. People are really nice but they can’t help given owner has decided to let it run.

Location is really good if you want to stay in old town. Hotel itself is really bad

● The bathroom door did not close well at all. We complained, but they were just apologetic. ● They should be friendlier. When we complained aboutthe door, they just gave an explanation, unfortunately.

○ Tourist area location. Near Hadrian gate. ○ They granted early check-in because we had a very early flight arrival. We paid for it and were grateful.

I was disappointed with the room. It was dirty and smoky. No matter how much I aired it out, the smell of cigarettes remained. There were stains on the bed. The bathroom had a fridge that was completely filled with water, and the drawer was filled with used bottles from gel and shampoo. The shower was broken, with parts falling off. Unfortunately, the pool was closed, so I couldn't swim. The price for such a room was too high.

The hotel staff is very polite and attentive.

i hated everything about the hotel, the room, the service, the things you got the location, nothing was accurate and nothing was what we paid for we paid over 300 British pounds for a hostel

i did not like anything, everything was inaccurate, the price we paid was so high for what we got we didnt get to use the swimming pool and there is no reception to wait in as it is a carpet shop at the front

Swimming pool closes at 6 p.m.! I can’t understand who and for what use it before 6 p.m. Noise isolation is awful: you can hear everything in the hotel and outside too. There was nothing to make coffee or tea in the room or public area. Uncomfortable time for breakfast.

The owner of the hotel was very rude and charged us an additional 200 euros. The hotel was very dirty, they didn't give us toilet paper. This hotel made us end our trip a week earlier on July 10.

The water pressure was not the best but it’s something you can look past just because the location and staff are amazing!

We loved the location. It was close to everything! The staff is also amazing and super friendly. The room was also very clean and extra blankets were provided.
