I loved my stay at Uyar apartment. It is central to everything. No frills place but comfortable and clean. The lovely lady who looks after the property is so wonderful and welcoming.

The room wasn't clean, no kitchen tools, cats come into the room when the window is open.

The apt is in walking distance from restaurants, sighs,the sea. The lady in the house is really kind.

For the smokers - the terrace is on the roof.

There were no snacks, but coffee in the morning - yes. We love Turkish coffee but didn't take advantage every day. We preferred to drink outside as we walked around town. The neighborhood is amazing, there are places where was feel like I'm in another world, much better than the real one. All the streets led to the park next to the accommodation, it is easy even for people who find it difficult to find their way around. It is close to the seaside promenade for evening walks. The location is perfect.

The apartment could have been a bit neater and functioned a bit better. Some doors, cupboards and simple amenities weren't working.

They have a room in the basement which doesn’t actually mentioned it’s in the basement.At the same time,though they have a jacuzziin ome of the aparts but they won’t allow you to use it giving some funny cause.

The mother who takes care of the house was nice and well behaved.

Great location, nice place. Everything was according to the money paid. A separate plus for the hostess of the house, she was simply excellent, always helped in everything, she was mega pleasant and cheerful. She was the highlight of our stay there. Plus, we had to unplanned to extend our reservation, there were no problems with this, we were helped and not put out on the street

first of all i speak with the owner one time by phone , he was so rude for no reason all he was Care about that he wants me to pay by cash only ,and he wasn't there at all , his mom was there but she don't speak English or another language except Turkish, there is no room service at all , there is no shampoo, no soap , no toilet paper , even the towels they didn't change it at all for 10 nights , so bought new ones for us and start washing it , there was only one sheet for five person's , so we bought our sheets.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic!! HUGE rooms for such a low price! When we booked at this price we thought it must have been too good to be true but the rooms are as big and wonderful as stated! The owners of the property were so beautiful and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best stay possible! When we arrived we had booked a 1 bedroom suite for 2 people, unfortunately the aircon in our room was broken and wasn’t able to be fixed that day due to a public holiday in Turkey (no fault of the owners!) so the owners very kindly upgraded us to the 2 bedroom family suite free of charge. The rooms were huge and we had more space than we knew what to do with. The lady owner was so sweet and even brought us fresh fruit as she knew we were so hot! We asked about washing near the hotel and the Lady walked me to the closest laundry and helped us with translations. The hotel is in a fantastic area - right in between 2 parks and close to the Tourist attractions. Look out for the Uyar Apt sign on the outside of the building to find. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Istanbul!!

Arrived as I messaged them at 7:00 pm told them before. I hardly found the place. I Nocked more than half an hour on the gate/building gate. Then, a lady who doesn't speak English comes down from the upper flats. She called someone who told me it's canceled. How come?? In the end, they found my reservation and let me in. The room has no paper for the toilet. The boiling kettle has iron rust, so even tea couldn't do. I was away and not comfortable going out at night to buy something. I reserve this property according to the reviews I read.i think it was fake reviews. Anyway, it was a bad stay for me!
