Very good location

To be honest, we had a bit of a rocky start to our stay. There was a bit of miscommunication about our room and the hotel was full so we could not change rooms, but the staff went above and beyond to help us remedy the situation. The sun rises early (5A) and our room faced east and as we were there for almost a week, we wanted to be able to sleep in (at least til 8/9A or so some days- vacay and all...). The staff actually went out and bought room darkening material and made a set of curtains for our wall of windows - Mind blown!!! This is beyond customer service and now any travelers who come after us, can also sleep in when they wish if they stay in the King Suite! The breakfast every morning was lovely, as well as the awesome women who served and helped us with it. The location was unbeatable and we always had parking available for our car. The hotel was a little set back so was in a quiet area but right near all of the shops and restaurants. And the rooftop was excellent for seeing the hot air balloons in the morning! Seriously. You know how you see pictures of people on the roof of a hotel and the balloons look they are right next to them and you think, yeah right...photoshop... It's freaking NOT photoshop! We watched 3 balloons literally float directly overhead and could count the people in the basket as we waved to them. It depends on the direction of the wind and the pilots of course, but this hotel was right in the path one morning so we got the chance to see them right above and next to us. It was crazy and awesome and a unique once in a lifetime experience. Thanks again to all of the staff for making our stay fantastic and relaxing!

The heater was leaking and it took two days to resolve the problem. Besides, when asking for a transfer from the airport to the hotel, the information given was misleading which lead us to not make the reservation, as they were asking for 90€ for two person, when it was only 15€ per person. When we left the problem was resolved and we booked a transfer to the airport through the hotel with a 15€ price per person.

All was brilliant!

Perfect location, the best view on the flying balloons in the morning from the terrace - it’s seem that you are in the fairytale! The team is so cute and helpful- you will never be alone if you have some problems, the staff will help you for sure in any situation! Despite we came early in the morning before the official check-in time, the staff propose us to check-in and it was really good idea after a long road) Cozy rooms in authentic style with everything you need in! Highly recommended this hotel to stay in Kappadokia!

My stay was very comfortable, and the staff were excellent. They were helpful and friendly, and I would happily stay here again. The rooms and facilities are as pictured, and the location is very central. Sitting on the terrace to watch the balloons in the morning was amazing, and the sunset is beautiful here too. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Even though we booked a cave room and it might be part of the experience, the room was way too humid. It needs some extra ventilation. Some more light in the bathroom would also be nice.

Central location, close to many restaurants and bars. Many public parking spots around the hotel and also free private parking spots right in front of the hotel. Breakfast is good, with great views from the terrace. Staff are nice, especially the guy doing the night shift (he got us some shisha on our last night). They help you organize any kind of excursion you wanna do and they got us a breakfast box for our last day since we had to leave early in the morning. Room was nice and big.

Staff very helpful with trips and activities around Goreme. I'd suggest asking if your guide speaks English when booking the ATV with the hotel, apart from that the other tour we''ve booked (green tour) with the hotel is highly recommended. Volkan welcomed us at night time and was always very kind and helpful as well as Mehmet. The hotel itself is super new and smells amazing 😍. Breakfast has kinda big variety and it's with no doubt the best hotel we stayed in Turkey. Thank you guys!

Everything - Room was big, Bed was comfortable, Jacuzzi was great for soaking tired muscles after hikes through the valleys, Breakfast was great and had an amazing view, location was very close to Restaurants, Bus, hikes and tourist attractions. Staff were fantastic, View from Roof was spectacular

The wifi was not good in the room but better outside.

Beautiful property located in the heart of Goreme. Some places require you to walk up a hill but Historical Goreme house is not far up. We were in the family room on the top floor which was spacious. Vulcan was a great source of information at reception. Super friendly and informative. Magnificent terrace to watch the balloons and sunset. Beds were comfortable.

If I could give this hotel a higher score I would, the staff not only have excellent service, but also high human quality, they really do everything to make you feel comfortable and valuable, they are very generous and thoughtful, I totally recommend this place, They are always available for you, they have an excellent location and the hotel is very nice, the terrace is beautiful with a view of the mountains in the form of caves. It is always clean and smells good. I loveee it this place. Thank you for everything

Room a little small, bathroom not bright.

Got a nice view of the town at the rooftop, great to see the hot air balloons at sunrise. Great location just few minutes walk to many restaurants and shops, and even a Turkish bath house. Breakfast very fresh and was very nice on the rooftop. Hotel staff is great. For a day tour I have forgotten my backpack and left it outside the hotel entrance, staff picked it up and kept it for me till I got back from the tour. Very helpful and super friendly.

Would have been nice to have more vegan options at breakfast. The room also felt quite stuffy at times - there were no windows or a fan. There was a hot tub on the terrace but wasn't in use - would have been nice to have used this during our stay

The view from the terrace was amazing at sunrise - watching all the hot air balloons over Goreme. The staff were really good and helped us to book a quad biking tour. We really liked the style of the cave room. Location was very good

Breakfast had limited options but we didn't mind and what was there was tasty.

Stayed in the King Suite, view towards the hot air balloons takeoff site with sunrise around 6.30. Terrace restaurant has an amazing view during early morning with all the balloons up in the sky and it also has a Jacuzzi which can be used. The room was big sized with a Jacuzzi. It was very beautiful and cosy. We travelled in Oct, 2023. Fantastic value for money and friendly staff who will also help arrange trips as required all hotels have tie ups with different travel agencies. Would recommend ATV tour and Green tour as most value for money in Cappadocia. Hot air Balloon is a must do but is pricey from 150-300€ depending on which tour agency you go with and duration..
