The internet in the room and the room were very clean, but the room was a little small.

Hotel is at the middle of steep street, it was hard to walk under the heavy rain. If normal weather, it shouldn’t be a problem.

Pretty close to the Taksim square, convenient location. Very reasonable price and friendly staff.

The only issues were that it was very close to Taksim Mosque, and at midnight, the call to prayer was very loud. The slope of the alley where the hotel was located was also quite steep, but it was only about 10-15 meters from the street. And it doesn't have an elevator, in case that's important to you.

The hotel was good and clean; cleaning was done every day, and the staff was friendly and very helpful.

- No view (very small window), but that I knew - There is "kitchen", but actually in has only two small cups, teapot and fridge - some plates, knifes, forks would be nice, as there are plenty of space for the dishes. - The internet is tragic. I bought mobile internet after one hour of constant disconnection. - The room was not clean this time :/ The teapot had 3×1 coffee inside, the bed had some hairs, and overall the room is really "used". - The double bed is actually two single beds. Again, for the price in this location, some of these disadvantages can be forgiven, still only for a very short stay.

+ Location + Big room, nice furniture (if clean) + No bad smell from the pipes ( as in some other properties in the area)

The room lacked soundproofing, making it challenging to have a peaceful night's sleep, especially when there was noise from outside that persisted until 2 am!!!

The location is very close to the Havaist bus stop in Taksim square.

The place is very convenient, very short walk from the Taksim square. The beds were quite comfortable. It was good to have a kettle in the room. As there was no lift, the staff helped with the luggage. Enough space in the room.

The bathroom is clean but already old. It needs renovation. The heater was not functioning.

Bed is comfy. The AC functions perfectly. Very good location. You could reach the buses, HAVAIST and HAVABUS after 10mins walk. There atr plenty ofnminigroceries and restaurants outside the hotel.

The hotel located at a very steep road which is very dangerous for you to take the suitcase down, especially when raining. The hotel name was not at the outside, then I had to place the suitcase at the side road and go in to ask if it was the hotel and when I went back the suitcase is gone. The thief (woman) took it. The police came, but could not help. I went to the police station to report the case, but the police ask me to take the translator because they can't speak much English. So I don't have the police document to claim for travel insurance. The hotel placed the name outside after this incident.

I absolutely do not recommend this hotel and give it a score of 2 out of 10. We reserved two studios in this hotel: one for my wife and me for 7 days, and another for my brother and his wife for 4 days. For the first studio: 1.The TV didn't work, despite reporting the issue, no action was taken. 2.Housekeeping only cleaned our room and changed the towels once during the 7-day stay. They only emptied the garbage. 3.The bathroom had a clogged water outlet, requiring us to turn off the water for a few minutes after a 4 or 5 minute shower to prevent flooding. 4.The air conditioner was non-functional. For the second studio: 1.The same TV problem persisted. 2.Similar issues with housekeeping; minimal cleaning and towel changes. 3.The bathroom door couldn't close, necessitating the use a hand or foot to keep it close !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 4.The studio was on the 4th floor with no elevator access. Additionally, the photos of the balcony in this site do not belong to this hotel. Access to the balcony was limited, available only during breakfast for 30-40 minutes if you booked a studio with breakfast included in another hotel !!!!!

-Not clean :( unfortunately -Noisy environment with the sound of traffic etc -The road in front of the hotel climbs very sharply -Minimum facilities. I booked the one with kitchen but there is not stove/microwave. Only water kettle and fridge.

The location is really nearby with Taksim Mosque, Taksim Square, and Metro Taksim. There are a lot of food sellers and clothing store are that are open until midnight.
