Location is perfect as it’s both near the Downtown and all public transportation means, including the ferry. It’s very clean and the staff is very helpful. The cafetaria and some rooms have an amazing view of the waterfront.

I choose a room overlooking the harbour of Kadıköy. I could definitely hear noise from the street and buss station, but I am not bothered by such things and the view from the hotel room alone was enough to make it an excellent stay. Breakfast was served at the very nice top floor of the hotel. This also offers a magnificent view of the busy harbour. The rooms are perhaps a little bit worn, but everything was clean and I had no complaints. The neighborhood is very nice and full of life.

Noisy. You can always hear cars, buses, people from the busy road at all hours so light sleepers like me might struggle. Plus the prayers can be heard from the local mosque clearly at each broadcast (incl 5am).

The staff were great, friendly, accommodating, helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It was close to many places to eat and to the ferries to go across to Europe side of Istanbul.

Once we arrived, Swat the person who works at the reception told us that he took the price of the first night from our visa card before our arrival. Although,it is written on booking.com. that pay at the property. In addition, we have already send him a confirmation letter that we will come on the date. That was about a week before our arrival and before any penlity that can be taken. And told him the exact time of our plane and our arrival time. And he responded to our confirmation letter. He explained that it is the new policy of the hotel or booking. I do not know. It was unexpected and unbelievable. The second item is the bathroom, it needs renovation. The third item was the room isolation which was not satisfactory. We heard the voices of our neighbors and cigarette smoking from outside either from neighbors or corridors. That's all. But, we liked the hotel very much and loved our stay. Next time we will be there.

The location is near to everything. Ferry, buses, metro. The personel were helpful and co-operating. Some knew Arabic. Some knew English. Specially those working in the restaurant at breakfast. Mahmoud and the others. Breakfast was more than satisfactory for the quality and taste.located at the roof with a wonderful panoramic view of the bosphore. Room cleaning was done everyday. The room was large with a sea view. I recommend to stay at this hotel.

Forgot my phone charger there, and when called them afterwards they couldn't find it in the room where I stayed.

I chose this hotel because of location. It was close to HavalBus station. The room was big, clean and comfortable.

Staff is friendly enough for a such class hotels, but their attitude to visitors would be a bit improved what would make the hotel more atractive

Excellent location, excellent price, excellent view. The hotel is a good value of money I spent for my stay in Istanbul. It is one of the best hotels in this area.

At least during my stay, there was a demolition work taking place right next to the hotel building and except for weekends, was predictably a lot of noise coming from there. It is not a big problem if you are out all day as a tourist, because they do not work the nights.

The location is excellent. Hotel is right in front of the bus station where airport shuttle bus stops, one of the main ports used for city transport, Kadikoy, is in 5 minutes walking distance, tons of shops, restaurants and other facilities within reach. The district of Kadikoy is a marvel and this hotel provides very proximate access to it.

Street side rooms are quite noisy since it is facing one of the largest public transport terminals.

Very central location, staff very helpful, the view from the restaurant at the top floor is a bonus!

We were on the 1st floor and there was a heavy smell of second hand smoke from the lobby and noise from the street.

Room was good with a view of the sea and everything worked. Internet was fine, daily room cleaning service.

Strong wind from the window. It would be nice to insulate them. And very good audibility, the windows overlooked the road, passing cars prevented me from sleeping

Beautiful view from the window and excellent breakfast. Also very friendly staff, helping with answers to all questions. Clean rooms, wifi was ok to make calls. Heating also helped a lot, as it snowed

If you need a perfectly quiet place, the room with a sea view may be a little noisy for you, but I slept well anyway! I also felt a smell of cigarettes there, maybe some of guests smoked in the room before…

My room had a sea view, so this was the best thing for me:) I also love the location: the bus station for airport shuttles is on the opposite side of the road, the ferry station is in three minutes. There is kettle, drinking water, tea, coffee in the room. The hotel provides the daily cleaning. The shower is nice: hot water, hair dryer, towels, shampoo, shower gel, slippers. The personal is great and friendly! I’m very grateful to this people for their help.
