Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyThe breakfast was a bit less varied than I expected (for its price), and the rooms may sometimes not be spacious enough for big families/companies. It solely depends on the tastes of the traveller whether to accept this or not; for me, it was fine.
The location is perfect, and the rooms are quite nice. It's well-suited for solo travellers and for those who intend to have a good B&B accommodation facility for a low price.

This is a quiet family run hotel where we felt very welcome and at home. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Every morning we had breakfast outside by the pool which is surrounded by orange, pomegranate, fig and avocado trees. Room and bathroom were very clean and tidy. Our room had a lovely balcony. Wifi in the room was very good. Airco in the room worked fine.

RomaniaThe rooms are small, and the hotel (common territories - corridors, stairs) looks like it needs some refresh. We stayed only a few hours, so for us, it was not a problem, but for those who will stay longer it might be a bother.
The hotel is run by a family of very nice people. Very warm welcome and a good breakfast. It was hot, but we appreciated that the airconditioning was working very well:)

TurkeyThe audibility in the room is excellent, there are large cracks under the doors. Although it is stated that smoking is prohibited in the rooms, the entire hotel was constantly smoked. In a triple room, two guests were given 1 key card to the room. There is no elevator, well placed on the ground floor. There are no cups in the room, few hygiene items. A small closet with three hangers. Tea was running out on a regular basis, and the coffee machine often stood neatly covered with a cloth (on the penultimate day before departure, everything worked). In the late afternoon, problems with hot water are already beginning.
Good location, near Migros, 10 min walk to the sea. Responsive staff. There is a refrigerator. WiFi is quite good, but in the evenings and on the balcony there is almost none.

The property owner and the staff are really friendly , the service is excellent , hotel is really close to the beach, they dont clean your room unless you give permission to access to your room, so if you want to clean your room you have to give them permission to clean it, actually it is a good thing too, İf you have more money go stay in larger hotel , but if you dont have it this hotel is more than enough for the price , some people they pay little money and expect everything , thats not right , we were happy

United KingdomThe room would get hot and the Air conditioning was not as powerful however with access to the balcony allowed plenty of fresh air coming in. Breakfast was nice with plenty of veggies and refreshments. Would have been nice to see more hot food options in the menu.

The hotel is at a very good location with access to many activities within walking distance. Good Wi-Fi connection too, it was stable in both my room and the reception area

Czech Republic-WiFi but it seems like an ongoing problem in the entire region.
Our stay at Kafkas hotel was absolutely amazing. Staff treated us like a family, the owner and his son were so helpful and nice. They gave us advices on what to visit in Antalya and also provided paid transport from/to airport and to The Land of Legends. Breakfasts were great and some of the veggies and fruits were from their garden. We couldn’t ask for more.
