Excellent location in old town. The room was with a balcony with an ocean view plus there is a roof terrace where you can enjoy the view. The room was big and the owner of the hotel was helpful. I would definitely go back again.

There was nothing not to like about the hotel. FANTASTIC HOTEL!!

What a beautiful stay! The host Ahyan was excellent. The hotel was superbly clean. We spent 3 nights in kalkan. He guided us to so many places. All in all if you visit kalkan please do stay in KLEO BOUTIQUE HOTEL!! The hotel is central to all restaurants and night spots.

Delightful in an old part of Kalkan. Very conveniently situated. Proprietor and his wife are charming and you really feel you are staying with a kind generous Turkish family.

Although this wasn’t a problem for us personally it’s worth noting if you’re light sleepers I’d suggest choosing an outer town location as you can hear the hustle & bars.

Clean, authentic and a welcoming smile! You couldn’t get better value for money Great location in the centre of town We are a couple with toddler and had a family room, double bed and double sofa bed, all had a great night sleep. Breakfast was wonderful and the views topped it off.

Location is perfect! Close to the beach (both to the main one and to “Indigo” beach club) and to all the restaurants and bars, boutiques, taxi and local bus (dalmus) station. But on the other hand it’s very quiet. Very cosy and clean rooms. There is everything you might need and in case you miss something, just ask the hosts/owners for. Try home-made traditional Turkish breakfast on the amazing terrace. The hosts are extremely nice, friendly and care and they really give you a feel of home away from home. We would definitely recommend this property to all our friends and looking forward to come back!

Bathroom basic. Took ages to get hot water and shower rather primative. No system set up to contact owner: ie. to book breakfast. Hotel requires cash payment. Will not take cards. An issue when departing.

Fantastic location in the quiet season. Probably very noisy in summer. Breakfast was delicious. Owner offered transfers from airport at a good rate.

One of the rooms didn‘t have hot water or a towel, and owners wrote to us after our departure to apologize. We didn‘t let them know that night because we could share the bathroom of our other room. So it was not a big problem for us. The beds were a bit too soft for our liking and the blanket a bit rough (it‘s a bit like a weaved blanket). Also, the street to the hotel is not well-lit and not paved, but that‘s not the owners fault.

Very nice hosts, friendly and helpful. The rooms are very spacious and comfy, and the location is in the center of the old town with a free parking space just 50m uphill. Despite its central location, it was very quiet because it’s in a small side street. Overall, it was a good hotel for one night and we enjoyed our stay.

Was tired looking from the outside

Location was perfect for us as a one night stop over in Kalkan. Close to everything we needed. Room was a bit dated and basic but clean and had everything we needed.

Very dated. Electric shower no more than warm mist. Would have liked more pillows and blankets as quite cold. (We found blankets in wardrobe next morning but given its winter would have expected beds to be made up accordingly with extra provided if required).

Location not bad with small car park nearby. Owner friendly.
