A few of the staff were not that friendly - mainly one guy who seemed to run the bar area at the beach club. Ordering food/drinks there didn't seem that organised. We did notice that the hotel was up for sale, so not sure if that was an issue for staff? Wasn't keen on the breakfast. Although there was lots on offer, it wasn't to my taste. I assume it was more for Turkish taste, which is fair enough. The bar area just behind the pool is not being used anymore and looked a bit of a dumping ground.

Good size clean room overlooking the sea. The hotel's beach club was literally just across the small road and free to use for guests. Good location being only about a 5-7 minutes walk into central town. Good value.

The property didn’t feel super clean. The bathroom had black mould stains. Even though I had the room cleaned throughout the trip, the floor didn’t look clean. I’m glad they provided slippers. It wasn’t unclean, but I just expected a higher level of cleanliness.

The location was perfect. Easy walk into the centre of Kas. The staff were lovely. The breakfast was excellent. Great to have access to the beach club across the road.

Too few staff on the deck area. Drinks & food were on the high $ side for what you received. Crumbed chicken salad in particular. The property is For Sale and I think the Management staff, have no heart left in the business. The general staff were doing their best but received minimal support.

The beach area closes at 8PM in a town that does not sleep until after midnight. It could have been a little longer. They didn’t have the elevator system. We had to climb up the stairs for 5 floors which was exhausting.

The location was great! It was located 3-5 mins away from the heart of Kaş. The breakfast had very good variety and they were all fresh. They had a waterfront lounge area which was very interesting and cool. They had good amenities.

Staff were excellent. During our stay I had a fairly serious accident (not on the property) and had to be hospitalised some distance away. The staff did everything they could to assist.

The hotel needs renovation in the rooms and I found it quite noisy (thin walls). If you're not a light sleeper it will be fine, just for the price we paid I thought the comfort was a little suboptimal value for money. We'd booked the superior room, note that the front facing balcony is quite small and the view is somewhat limited. I'd recommend the deluxe with the seaview (they cost the same but deluxe has proper front view whereas superior's view is a bit limited)

The staff is lovely, and the breakfast is to die for! Such great variety of food, and I loved the fresh fruit (esp. watermelons & melons) every morning. The filtered coffee and proper Turkish tea were a big plus and they can do omelettes etc for you as well. I appreciated how attentive the staff at breakfast hall was in particular, and the check in was fast and efficient despite us arriving around 10pm. I always stay in this area of Kas as it's such an easy walk to the centre and the seafront being just across the road is also very convenient. It's a stone's throw from the bust part of Kas yet failry quiet and quaint so the location is perfect for me. There are plenty of beach clubs nearby and the hotel has its own seafront area with drinks and food available for purchase from the beach bar (served to your sunbed).

Cozy hotel with great sea view almost at the center of Kas. There is an elevator to the main floor. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff was kind enough to allow us stay at the restaurant after midnight.

Loved the Medusa hotel, our first time in Turkey. The location was perfect for us, not right in the centre where all the restaurants and bars were, so was nice and quiet but we was only a 5 min walk into the main square, which was great! The staff were very friendly and accommodating, gave us plenty of advice for days out we was planning. The decking where the sun loungers are was lovely and the staff came and took drink and food orders and brought them down to us, food was lovely and cocktails fab!!

Unfortunately during our stay the decking and sun chairs weren't available as advertised. Breakfast was very limited they even wanted to charge extra for fried eggs, how unique! small room much smaller than you imagine from the photos. Lots of stairs to negotiate!

Hotel was as described and staff was very attentive. In a prime location in Kas and has access to a beach club that will get you into the sea with drinks being served. I would recommend to others to stay here.
