Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SerbiaThey can't practically do much more to improve, since the quality of the service they provide is exceptional.
Location of the hotel is ideal, 10 min from the center, 100 meters from the coast, and there is a tram line nearby and several buses stopping right in front of the hotel that can take you all around the city. Connection with the airport is smooth. Either by bus 800 or by combining the nostalgic tram with the modern one (around 40 min in total). Next to the hotel is a taxi stop for additional convenience. Room was sparkling clean, and cleaned once a day throughout my stay. They can even replace towels every day at no extra cost, if needed. They provide each room with kettle, drinking water, tea and coffee, and they restock this every day. Staff is simply amazing. They are very friendly, willing to provide you with every possible local information. The first day of my stay, I accidentally broke a plate. At the end of my stay, I wanted to pay for the damage, but they didn't even want to discuss it. Breakfast is very decent, buffet type. They change menu on a daily basis, and you can pay extra for lunch, which is very affordable. The entire neighborhood is very quiet, despite being close to the main street, and everything smells of lemon flowers.

South AfricaThe room definitely is not as the pic. Staff are not friendly or accommodating, we need a packed breakfast for a trip 15min earlier and they said no. The aircon was broken and wasn't fixed, carpets and curtains are very dirty and needs a deep clean. Bed linen and towels were clean and crisp, which was a relief. Room is very compact but thats ok. We were very disappointed, we expected more given their rating. Should be rated a 2/5 or 4/10 . Outer building, breakfast area and pool area are nice, location is great . Breakfast was ok👍

BelgiumThe staff is professional and really friendly. They took time to answer our questions about the city and give us some advice (tours and restaurants). The rooms are big and super clean. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast is nice, you have lots of choice, both sweet and salty (three different kinds of bread, three different kinds of cornflakes, three differents jams, chocolate, honey, cheese, ham, and the ingredients of a typically Turkish breakfast). The location of the hotel is perfect. It is in the city center but not located in a noisy area, it's rather residential. You can walk to the city center or take a bus. There's a bus stop just in front of the hotel or you can also take the red tramway which goes to the city center and to konyaalti beach. It's been a great experience and I can only recommend it!
