10 min walking to the centre of the town. It's nice area (quite) with small shop and restaurants around the corner. Lovely breakfast with many different options. Rooms are getting renovated and look in reality better then on the picture. Balcony with sitting area. Very much enjoyed relaxing at the pool, the water is fresh but great for swimming and enough sun beds. The night receptionist was lovely and welcoming.

Furniture was very old, bed and chair were noisey, additional bed was requested and it broke when i put my foot on it. Shower height was not appropriate, had to bend to wash my head and i am only 5'8

The first room we were put in was disappointing, the pool being shut for winter ! Nothing that would stop me staying there again.

The penthouse room was amazing, the location was perfect for old town! Very relaxing stay would book again in heartbeat!

There was no towel hanger in our room (looks like it was torn out). No big deal though.

Hotel staff was friendly and extremely helpful in accommodating our check-in/checkout schedule. The lighting in the room is pretty good, can be adjusted from very dim and non-annoying to bright. Wifi worked well. Overall, I recommend this hotel, if they keep the pricing I will stay again. There are good dining options around.

Hotel is close to centre only 10mins walk or so to old town busy streets. My room was quiet I slept well. Staff were friendly. Comfy bed. Good shower. Kettle in room. Water bottles every day. I came for dental treatment and wanted quiet hotel. Fitted bill for me v happy

Wish they had a bit more food selection for breakfast and plant based milk options for non-dairy and vegan people. Little fridge in the room wasn't really working (yes, we did plug it in).

Nice and cozy little city hotel in a good location. Good rain shower and hot water pressure (which is rare!). Rather comfy bed and pillows

The pictures were not the same as on website.

The staff was very friendly and cooperative. However, the breakfast was not as per our expectations. The pictures on the website seem pretty but in reality it is not.

It was very cold in the bathroom. Even hot air from A/C didn't warm it. Lightning in the room isn't enough for comfortable reading/working.

Very nice and cheap place to stay. Comfortobale room for such a low price. Cleaning every day, additional services like laundry available, very helpful staff. Also, there was a platform for swimming/fishing by the sea in just 3 minutes walk from the hotel with fantastic views.

The rooms are nice however small. I could hear from the toilet the sound of people in another room. Laundry service was bad as they washed colored with white clothes which ended up in ruining 2 shirts. (I did not comment on that during my stay). The view of the sea was so minimal so you can barely see it.

We have enjoyed the breakfast everyday in the morning. Quite a nice variety.The staff are really friendly and helpful and most important is thtst they are clean.

The staffs were always available & easy to communicate. Helped us book Pammukkale day tour & the service was great. Laundry service too was cheap & excellent. Had a good breakfast choices & was tasty. The rooms were clean.
