The room was filthy, complete with mouldy food in the fridge. Despite hanging a "please clean" sign outside, the sticky patches on surfaces and long black hairs (I'm blonde) persisted. There was also an inch gap at the bottom of the door, meaning that you heard everything, making it very hard to sleep.

There was plenty of hot water with good pressure, the bed was very comfortable, and the wifi worked well.

Hotel is beside a Tavern that plays loud music with a DJ until the early morning hours every night, very disturbing and difficult to get a good night sleep.

I don’t like to complain, but the shower cabin wasn’t cleaned at all. The entire floor there was covered with some sort of fish oil or grease. There were also remnants of something organic I couldn’t identify. It was impossible to shower in this dirty cabin. When I asked for the shower cabin to be cleaned I was told the cleaner was busy. I do not recommend this hotel.

It was falsely advertised on the websites. Rooms were too small with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. We were suppose tonstay there for 3 days but we had toThere was no space to walk around and keep your luggage. Even the wardrobe was not opening. The moment we entered my kid hot hurt twice while moving in the bedroom due to conjusted place. The rooms were not meant for three beds. The staff was arrogant about providing water and told us to buy from outside. There were no proper duvet for beds. There was no proper lights in the room and when we asked the reception person he replied us back that this is the only light we provide as we believe in saving energy after covid. It was a haunted night with dimmlights, small suffocated room. The iron was mentioned in the amenities and when we asked for it they refused.We had the worst experience as we had a sleepless night and had to check out from there early next morning. We had to over spend which was very stressful.The night we spend there was all searching for better hotels so that we can move asap as with kids it was so hard to stay there. We would like you to refund the money that we paid for our stay and it was a horrible experience and we did not stay there for the specified time.

Apart from it being in the city centre that hotel was very uncomfortable for us.

Receptionist doesn't speak English. Also main manager is arrogant. We left the room 10am and asked to keep luggage until 2pm , manager was staying on our way and and we were waiting 10 minutes until he gave us the way to put the luggage. Didn't even said sorry to keep you wait. Absolutely nothing. No kettle to make tea,or coffee for yourself. .light in the bathroom is horrible. Can't see anything. Doors is broken.

Had one of the worst night sleeps ever at a hotel. The bar next door was playing loud music from midnight until 8am the next morning. Was told by staff that this wasn't unusual but people often sleep thru. I doubt this as it was extremely disturbing.

Though everything intended to work did work OK, the place makes impression of being rundown and on decline. No kettle to make tea/coffee in rooms and the hotel doesn't have facilities to provide them either - your only chance is to step out and look for a regular restaurant. Promised good quality breakfast starts at 8:00, which in our case meant no breakfast at all.
