The rooms was a bit dated, carpet not very clean, but for the price it was ok

The breakfast was excellent, great selection of food and excellent value. The shopping center was great for food in the evening. The hotel is excellent for short stop over between travel to airport or into Izmir city center.

Wi-Fi

Great location for the bus station - a few minutes walk away. Large clean rooms and a really good breakfast. Only moan is that the Wi-Fi didn’t work, but as we were only there one night it didn’t matter and we didn’t raise with the staff, so it may have been a one off.

The Wi-Fi was unreliable and kept dropping in the room. It was okay in the reception area. No international TV channels.

Very spacious and clean reception area. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Room was a good size with great air conditioning. Decent breakfast in a large, clean breakfast room. The public areas and the room were very quiet. We felt very safe. Very good value for money. Impressive shopping centre very close by.

No one in the hotel, complicated to get something to eat at nights. Very easy to move to/from bus station but would not stay more than a couple of days. City center is really easy to get to and for more than 2 nights it ends not paying off

For 1 night is perfect, possibilities of travel near bus station are endless

The lobby smells of cigarettes 😕 I requested a non smoking room on my booking and the response game that all rooms were non smoking but when I booked in I was asked "smoking or non smoking?" I really like Mom Hotel but smell of cigarettes is foul.

It was very clean and comfortable. The rooms were very spacious, clean, modern, and the bed was very comfortable. You can find every option you want for breakfast. Every area of the hotel, including the dining area, was very clean. Also, the location of the hotel was great in terms of accessibility everywhere. It was incredibly comfortable to get to the airport from the hotel. The staff, from the kitchen to the reception, were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. Everything, including room service, was excellent at the hotel.

The hotel is not well located for Izmir itself and since they were unable to supply me with any sort of map of the area I was restricted to searching a fairly uninspiring area on foot. There was also a distinct lack of tourist information - my reason for being in Izmir was that I wanted to visit Ephesus and research in UK before I left suggested there would be trips from Izmir. I could find no help in organising this and ultimately left Izmir disappointed. No objection to all-Turkish language on the in-house TV, but a sports channel would have been watchable!

The location suited me because of its proximity to the bus station - I arrived by bus from Istanbul had an onward bus journey to Bodrum. Facilities in the hotel were good and the breakfasts were substantial.

This hotel front desk staff is very rude , unhelpful and like to charge for everything possible to charge , Breakfast had in the starting time everything is cold plus several days old boiled eggs , no bread, no toaster, no microwave, no heat under the food , cats are walking around tables in the breakfast hall and they charged extra for un eatable omelet . Rooms are dirty ,No A.C. working , absolutely impossible to find this hotel none of the GPS can take you there not even Goggle . they won't tell you how to connect with WiFi but they can hack someone WiFi for you and Connect your Device . This place is very old and not keep up at all plus it in the BUS STOP Area behind the Bus Stop . Do not ever go there please in my opinion .

I don,t like anything in this dirty hotel and its more like hospital not hotel .

Room was not tidy, smell of old furniture is everywhere. Internet was switching off every time (I lived on 3rd floor). Loud prayer singing every 4 hours, even at 4 am, at night, woke me up every time. Windows in rooms are not sound isolated, so the singing was very loud!! Breakfast is rather poor as well...

Location is close to bus station and Point shopping mall.
