The air conditioner worked bad. I write to hotel stuff they sent technician immediately it’s a good point for the hotel, but the conditioner still was very weak, at both rooms.

They are not clear about what you can get and what not regarding to Restaurants, cafeterias when u book, even the staff were confused and given incorrect information. it is a miss and really frustrating. regarding to buffet, you have to wait for each and everything since you can’t fill your plates directly, I’m not talking about main cuisines, even salads, fruits, and things needs no help from no one. i don’t know if this is their way to make u eat less! also the Air condition, they t is horrible really! cleaning in the rooms must be improved and staff should get better training.

They did not have availability for à la carte restaurants ! Cars that take you to the beach are scarce. They don't have a consistent schedule.

The room was conffortable and nice view. we enjoy the food. the water park was fun ! the beach is extremely clean and the sea with an incredible sunset.

I think its a new renovated Hotel, as it looks amazing from outside but rooms and services are so below average (Booking.com and hotels.com + their main website) dont show the real rooms pictures ??!! especially the suits ?? .. dont even try .. we regret it so hard and we wish they can change the operation managment as they dont know what to do .. Family travel booked a suite that fits four people .. the verdict will be in pros and cons: Pros - All inclusive package.. - couple of restaurants and options of Vegan - LLoccitane SPA products - Personal Assitsant (useless person basically) but at least the hotel is trying - Amazing water park and staff in it - Very nice sea with zero rocks but a bit old - Quite Zone and Flowers house for coffee and tea moments - Daily schedule of activities as if you are in a cruise trip Cons - Poor english speakers - Personal Assitsant is busy texting other guests during Check-in and Out, Very Bad 1st and last impression - Transportation Mercedes Vito services by the hotel was miss managed and (PA poor handover) - At the end i tried to do everything by my self without asking the Assistant as she dose only 10% of what u ask for - Rooms are dirty and looked so bad with glue and mold everywhere - switches don’t work and they are from 20 years or so - Bathroom suction never worked and we asked for 3 times checking with zero outcome by the technical department - Hallways to rooms smells like a hospital - Bathrooms are 1960s with white fluorescent - bedrooms got Africa theme ???? jungle and animals ? - floors sticks

food, service, facilities were all world class. All requests made were facilitated and the staff did everything to accommodate. The other guests were classy and friendly and there were no disturbances at the hotel.
