Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I was not happy with the room so complained and was given a good room which was comfortable and clean. The hotel is in a good location with easy access to the city centre. It was very quiet so had a restful stay. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of food available. Quality nescafe coffee and fruit juice was available. The lady serving breakfast was very friendly and cheerful greeting guests with a big smile. Also reception staff were very pleasant especially Dilek. Thanks for a great stay at an affordable price.

Pakistanone of my small parcel having three new perfumes i bought from MAD perfumes were missing from my room. I believe the cleaning staff did that. also my wife forget her new ear rings in the room when we checked out. we left our luggage at the counter and when we came back after three hours no one informed us that they found the ear rings in the room.

MalaysiaThe parking lot is very limited but the hotel staff is always available to assist us to park near the Hotel. Suggest for the Hotel to put a sign of "Qibla" inside the room (direction to Mecca).
The staff especially Mr. Serdar. He was so nice and helpful. Breakfast also good with very tasty Turkish Tea. The room also good and clean.

AustraliaThe room size was really small. It was the 2 of us, and we had our two pieces of luggage and keeping them around we barely had space to walk. It's right on the main road so expect a lil noise during the night. The toilets had some particular odour but that's negligible. Even after everyday cleaning, I found the room floors quite dirty because they have wooden flooring where all the dust has gotten collected and since the room is so small vacuuming is a task, only attention is given on cleaning the bins. For our 2days stay all this was the last thing we had to think about because the majority of the time we were away.
We liked the breakfast here. Staff were good too.. Old heritage kinda hotel rooms. Have tried narrowing down on space. All facilities provided and cleaning was taken care of everyday. Breakfast is good. Wide spread everyday.
