Parking your car was quite a challenge… however the staff were brilliant in assisting with this.

Location is great. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were tremendous.

The breakfast was not made smart. You would have mostly sides and no main dishes

The beds were quite. The water pressure was very good even if we stayed at the 6th floor. They had an elevator The staff was quite nice. The only problem there was, when we arrived, a man helped us with the luggage(not that we asked but we were greatful) and when he finished his “room presentation” he would not leave…and he would just repeat everything we were saying like “thank you so much, have a nice night” whatever. We figured he wanted money for the service and we gave him whatever cash we had(we had like 0.5€ cash)

The size of the standard room is incredibly small especially if you are 2 people with luggage. There is no room to move. In addition, the sound of the traffic till late hours could bother some, but we slept anyway. The towels and plumbing needs to be upgraded and improved , as well as the paint on the ceiling. It is a good location but needs some upkeep to make it a great choice for travellers.

The location is great since it is very central near the metro station , the pier and all shops and restaurants. The manager was incredibly generous to upgrade my standard room for 3 nights till he needed it for others who had reserved it. Of course this was much appreciated. The breakfast is very good, with a lot of variety to choose from. Most small hotels do not offer cheese , but this one does. I left on a full stomach each morning.

The towels were quite old and some of them were torn up. Shower did not have curtain and the water was all over the place when showering. We were not able to close sliding windows all the way (they were broken) so there was a lot of noise from the street below.

Breakfast was good, location is convenient, close to tram and metro as well as bazaar.

The things you see directly in the room are cleaned but anything behind a curtain or under the bed or the windows aren’t so my allergies really acted up with the dust that was there. I cleaned some things myself with a wet towel to get rid of some of the dust.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. Groceries stores and restaurants are nearby. Konak pier and grand bazaar are walking distance, about 15-20min. We brought car and the staff helped us to find a parking spot. The breakfast was good.

Breakfast was great. Location very easy to find and reach from airport. Walking distance to center. On Main road its a little bit noisy but it's normal. Near metro station Basmane. Staff was helpful.

The bathroom could have been tidier.

The staff were attentive, and helped us park our rental on the busy street. The room was bigger than expected and had comfy beds. The breakfast was abundant and remained warm. The hotel was within walking distance from the city center and the sea. Also, it was our first hotel in Turkiye that did not smell like cigarettes.

Bathroom sink is a little blocked. Window facing side of the road, hence a little bit noisy. A hint of cigarette smell from either outside downstairs or from the corridor.

They offer typical turkish breakfast, which was excelent, a lot of choice and delicious. The location is great, near bazar and the seaside. The room was cleaned every day and you get a water heater and coffee in the room.

The breakfast was fine, the choices were not too much, as far as the location is concerned, it is corner building near to city centre with lots of good restaurant and visit restaurant near the traffic signal opposite to pamukkele turizm office owner name Umair.
