What I did not like is very low pressure water in shower , I never felt good having shower in hotel. And very bad internet , if you are working online I would not advise this hotel.

Food was good and location also good, staff is friendly. Specially for vegetarian people they have good options. very close to beach,

Breakfast was ok it’s would have nice to have local fresh fruits available N it was always same things n some things were not fresh like. Sausage hot food . Restaurant hot food like egg n pan cakes closed 10 earlier closing time made it inconvenient as there was always long queue for that n by the time we go it was closed. Reception staff very rude n unfriendly n most of them didn’t speak English . No iron in the room Or not mentioned on the website about no iron only laundry service which again was bit expensive.

Hotel room was nice Taxis service and getting in n out of hotel was easy . Hotel pool experience was nice although having toilets near the inside pool would have been convenient. Comfortable bed . One staff in particular was nice n helpful during our stay cant remember his name he was young and slim guy with dark hair and he was the only who actually spoke English in friendly and polite manner. Your hotel should give him pay rise for good customer service. He was excellent .

The staff could at least try and be more customer orientated, the receptionist always seems miserable, and is not polite.

The staff in the reception did not give good information. If you ask the reception for lunch, and I say the same at the entrance to the restaurant, then we still get disturbed 10 times during lunch by people asking whether I had paid or not. It would be better if someone gave the food to the guests instead of letting the guests take as much as they liked, as the queue then grow larger and there is a lot of food which is thrown out because the guests takes too much. I had no sign which I could place on the door to inform the cleaners that I was sleeping. On a 5 star hotel I would also expect free coffee in the afternoon. And there was no juice for breakfast.

Its not a five star property , only twenty five percent stuff and property is in use .Its look like a deserted place ,most of the property is not maintained for long time like swimming pool, lawn , backyard park , pool club. The dinner and breakfast is very average .I don't recommend anyone to stay here . Booking.com should downgrade or remove this property from the list .

Breakfast was very limited. All meals were repetitive with little choice. The beach is a 20 min walk away with a child.

Our daughter caught a bug, and the hotel had a great nurse who organised a doctor to visit us. We liked the friendly cleaner of the room.

The property does not meet 5 star stands. The hotel is dirty and the staff are rude. They have not changed the sheets and towels for the whole stay. Toilet was moldy and leaking. Shower was dirty and moldy. Pictures available upon request. No one speaks English and service is bad

Right from Day 1 - Poor maintenance and service - AC was not working even after complaints it was not fixed, very uncomfortable , had to leave balcony door open for fresh air to sleep ... very limited breakfast menu.. Will not recommend this hotel to family and friends for stay unless and until amenities are uplifted

The breakfast could have been better. Wasnt very much like expected.

Breakfast was very basic. And the bathroom was not very clean. It is said to be a five star hotel but wasnt at that level really. Sorry but i would just give it 2.5/5.
