The room could use some fixing/renovating, the bathroom especially was pretty decrepit, the showerhead was broken so it was hard to get a steady stream. Also, the staff did not seem to know English all too well

Small rooms , no tea and coffee inside the room . No drinking water inside the rooms. You have to go down stairs to get coffee or tea And if it is after 11 pm there is no tea or coffee at all .

The location is good , they need to provide more details about the rooms they said it was 25 square meters but it is smaller , also they stated that there are yeah and coffee in side the room but it wasn't. Staff are very good people. It is good for the money that we paid .

The only minus point is there were no toiletries provided. Such as no shower gel or soap for shower, no lotion or conditioner either.

There was breakfast included ("all you can eat"), which was awesome! The rooms have everything you need. The people who work there are nice and helpful. They will answer every single question and they will give you anything you need. The food was great (Turkish cuisine)! The area around the hotel is not very nice, but hey... at least the property offered good stuff.

It took us a bit to find the hotel, and the location wasn’t good hat much ideal for us, but it was still local to a lot of places. The grand bazaar 7-10 minutes away.

The room was nice and clean. The breakfast had a lot of variety and it was very tasty 👌🏼

There were some minor stains on our bedsheets. The sheets were clean, but i think they should replace their stained sheets for new ones. Also we never got new clean towels by room service after they cleaned in our room, and we used the same ones for our almost two week stay. The breakfast was very good, however it was never anything warm, which i would have liked to have. Also i would have enjoyed seeing another sweet option in the buffet such as pancakes or something. Most of the food like the greens was drenched in oil, it is tasty. But i would enjoy seeing something light as well. There should also be implemented basic healthy breakfast options such as oatmeal, natural yoghurt and maybe some variety of fresh fruit or berries.

The breakfast is a buffet and should be able to satisfy most people's wishes. The placement of the hotel is amazing, it is right in the middle of centrum. The hotel staff treat you with respect and there is absolutely nothing negative to say about them. They don't bother you with anything and they seem very warming and nice. The wifi works very well, didnt work on one of the days we stayed but that was fine.

The room was very small and cleaned superficially in some ways (pretty much dust on the floor). There was also a dog on the ground floor and for this reason that area was dirty and smelling bad. The breakfast was pretty poor - traditional courses which were not enjoyed by the majority of people and the food did not seem to be fresh but rather reused.

It was very close to the bazaar and to the Sultanahmed neighbourhood. The hotel was recently renovated. The people at the reception were very helpful.
