Room is really small, please note it. In our bathroom there was no big light (only from the mirror), but I think that it's just because of ongoing renovation (we've seen new beds and other stuff). Check the location twice - it's not a tourist part of a center, it's a commercial district (almost no life in the evenings). If you want pubs or lot of cafes with good coffee - you need to check another locations.

Price is unbeatable. When you will read about what I didn't like, check the price again :) Breakfasts are good, wasn't tired of them after even two weeks. Stuff is a brilliant (or Pearl). Were always ready for help, suggestions or just general talks. Location is close to Tramway stop, lot of shops/fastfood are near (Ekmek/Doner Kebab from the corner near Mosque also has unbeatable price!).

I would suggest you checking out several rooms before...well, checking in. Some rooms were renovated recently while others require some refurbishing touch.

Breakfast was decent, the staff was very friendly and helpful. There are people who speak English, Russian, Turkish, Kazakh, and several other languages.

Simply in this place, you feel like you are at Home! I stayed there for a month and it's a long period, and I enjoyed every day of it. The hotel in a very nice area near to everything. Everybody there is very very helpful, they will be happy to help you in anything they can help you in. Very friendly people and a very nice place. The owner is always there and she make sure that everything is okay for everybody there. This hotel really exceeded my expectations !!

Everthing else in this hotel was a disapointment, the other staff are not verry friendly, as they haardly smile and have in a natural angry face. The room was no cleaned when we arrived, soil was covering the ground inside the rooms. After asking for cleaning they did, which was the only time they cleaned the room in our 4 nights stay. In addition the room is small, and bed base is smaller than the matress, which leads to a continous feeling of unbalance throughout the night. The toilet was also no cleaned when we arrived and we had to clean them ourselves the first day. Towels were provided once in 4 days. And the bed sheets were not changed. The room wall cover was scuffed which gave a pour feeling to the hotel. The slippers for the room were only provided after we asked. The breakfast felt cheap to acceptable. We stayed in 4 different places in turkey throughout our vacation but this place was drastically the worse. In addition some of the lights were burnt in the room. And the dog in the hotel is not friendly as it barked and snatched when i tried to pet him. And after telling the owner they indicated that the dog was stressed, which is not my problem. In addition as a cherry on top, after we checked out of the room, we asked if we were able to enter the toilet in the rooms, but the guy at the administration refused( which is understandable) and asked us to go to the hotel toilet, but what was unacceptable was that the guy also asked one us to leave when the other did not even finish. In addition we asked them to keep a medication in the fridge since we checked out. Only to find out that the medication was left outside the fridge for like 5 hours.

The only positive thing about this hotel was Ms. Malika that had a positive welcoming smile. Heeting was acceptable.

A bit of variety . Pleasantness from staff . Seemed rude maybe because of language barrier. It took 2 days to have our hanging toilet seat . They said they will swap our toom . Never happened .shower hose hanging not holding . Had to hold with hands . Very poor . Bathroom wet all the time leaking water

Breakfast was average . We had to wait for breakfast on Sunday. Bread was not ready., A small bottle of water as a welcome gesture instead of flimsy rubbish slippers

This is without exaggeration the best hotel we have ever been to. It is clean, cozy and warm. The service is top notch, the hotel staff is very attentive and caring. But separately I want to say about the owner of the hotel. This is an amazing person. She helped us in all our questions, and it felt like my wife and I came to a mother. This is a unique, kind and attentive person, believe me, it is rare to meet such people now. Melike, thank you very much, wish you health and joy in your life, thanks again for everything.

The room was absolutely terrible! There was dirt all over the place, and the walls had changed color from white to black, because of the dirt! The bed was broken! Our curtain was hanging and they didn’t fix it before we check in in to the room! Also the towels were very old and they had holes all over them! The worst part of it all was that my mother’s shirt was bleached out because when the maid cleaned the bathroom she didn’t wipe the chlorine from the sink!

the hospitality in general was good, all the workers were very kind and friendly and always there to assist you.

Facilities were run down. I e broken toilet seat, window hinge at the top was loose meaning that you could hear all the road noise outside as if the window was open.

We had a great time at the Pearl Hotel, a location near the Grand Bazaar. The owners are great and always ready to help guests. Breakfast is rich. The price is very reasonable. I'll be back again.
