Breakfast offers a big variety for each taste. The room was spacy and very clean. SPA area and swimming pool very nice. But the top were the people working there - always professional and kind.

The only very minor criticism I would say is that the daily make up of the room was not done to a complete standard, I kept on having to call down for tea and coffee items which weren’t being restocked each day in the room.

Friendly staff, prompt service and in a great location. Room service was fast and food was nice and hot. I would stay again.

On the first day I was stuck in the elevator which I have called the reception through the cell phone and they helped me to get out. I am okay with that experience but what I did not like is that the elevator did not have any system to be able to call the reception or any sort of help. It has an alarm but I believe it is just making noise not connected to anywhere I believe in the reception area as when I called they did not knowing the situation even though I pressed the alarm button. But the staff were good and fast about reacting after I called.

I don't know the exact reason but somehow I did not feel well at the building. It was my first time at the place and I am not sure what was the exact reason for me to not like it but felt like something is missing. It might be maybe because my expectations were high. The location is nice as it is close to the city center and there is a shopping mall few minutes away by walking and also there are some coffee shops just across the street. So, if you are going for a business that could be a good place to stay. I think the room felt small as we were traveling with our baby. The staff in general is good and try to help.

I booked my first stay on a Sunday, it was around a 100 euro, I wanted to extend my stay and book on the next day (which was a Monday), it became 160 euro, which was illogical to me so I checked out.

this hotel is more than I expect. good breakfast and very classic room. And it's worthy to stay here. there are many restaurants nearby, I can find food easily. Also there is one shopping mall nearby.

everything - the location was awesome just a min walk to the Armada mall and many restaurants. Everyone at the reception was so sweet and helpful. We were here for only a night as we were driving to Istanbul

And I came to conclusion took book this hotel and I was glad I did because it was nice hotel with an walking distance to the Mall and resturant and bars.

I was in Ankara for 30 hours or something, so this hotel was perfect for me. Everything was fabulous; hotel(building), room, internet, bed, bathroom, lights in the room, facilities, close to shopping mall (2 min walk), café and restaurants( also 2 min walk). I will definitely stay at Wyndham Ankara again! Thanks for everything!

although room cleaning was very good, however, they came early in the morning every day and they didn’t speak any english. but I can’t fault the quality of cleaning. the wifi wasn’t great, slow and had to reconnect several times specially when I returned to the hotel. also, we noticed sometimes in the pool there were some male visitors who didn’t look like they were staying in the hotel, so don’t know if the hotel allow people using the pool from outside for a fee! which is not fair for the hotel guests.

the hotel was great, nice and clean. staff were friendly and helpful although struggled with English. the location is great as it was surrounded by lots of nice restaurants and a couple of malls. also the spa and pool was nice and clean.

Food Options for vegetarian for all meals does not any good options. Staff attending guest relations like Room Service and Guest services are not understanding English properly and to explain what you require is sometimes a problem.

The Location is Very Good, Peaceful , close to a good shopping mall , lot of cafeterias around, a hospital very near for any emergency. SPA is very well maintained and massage is good and value for money
