Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We had a very good staff service. After having tried two rooms and refused them because of the noise from the street (only the Junior suite was perfect as it is situated in the highest floors), they upgraded us to the junior suite. They prepared the bad with red roses leaves for my fiancé, with a very good cocktail and the suite was perfect! They bought a red roses bouquet, which I ordered, which was magic! Thank you to all of the navigator staff!

United KingdomThe rudeness of the taxi drivers in front of the door was the worst point of our entire trip. The hotel's valet attendant and the taxi driver are working together to spread terror. The hotel needs to take responsibility and fix this situation urgently.
When we checked in at night, they first placed us in a smoking room as we did not notice the smell because we were so tired and it was recently cleaned. When we noticed the situation and complained the next morning, they apologized for their mistake and moved us to a higher segment room and gift us a free breakfast during our stay. The staff was completely kind and helpful. Bed was comfortable and the general location is quite central.

United KingdomThe double room the TV was on the side very uncomfortable you had to twist your neck to watch and no smart tv so no English chanels! the pool was also out of service. Also when the I wanted to wait in the Gym area as my room was being cleaned I asked if I could have water that was there with lemons its in a tank at the reception desk and the asian lady said no! :S she said it was for the people going to the gym/spa.. a bit crazy considerign I was a guest.
The Food and room service it was quick and tasty, the beds were comfy and clean and the Gym was spacious and good, there was a beutiful sky restaurant too with reasnobaly priced fine dining. A luxuios feeling for a good price. also the breakfast was great!

The location was great, with a view of the Bosphorus from the upper floors. The rooftop restaurant with amazing view and entertainment. The indoor heated swimming pool was a hit with the kids. Good breakfast daily! Helpful concierge and front desk.

The bed was very comfortable, the view to oversee the sea, bridge and city is amazing, the staff very helpful throughout, nice room cleaned daily, lovely rooftop restaurant, and very good breakfast. There are other facilities available like Gym, Swimming Pool, Hamam etc which we haven’t used. Good access to Beşiktaş ferry port transport, restaurants, bars and shopping.

AustraliaThere was some confusion with my reservation initially.... I'm still unsure whether I have overpaid or not. I'd opted to upgrade to seaview. On checking in this was not found. I didn't wish to pay 70 eu more so I said I'll just have city view. I got to my room and unpcked. Then I get a call saying my upgrade had been found and I could now have self view. They took me to this room and it was not good at all. 7th floor ( my previous one was 14) facing a highway with noise. There were glimpses of the sea. It was nothing like those shown on website photos. I got the to take me back to my city view room in the end. I was in the hotel recovering from surgery not fit to go outside. I enquired about food delivery. They said outside delivery people were not allowed on the premises, I could only use their room service which was of course expensive. The food was good but I didn't appreciate the added 50tl service fee subjected to each order. Bellboy staff were very courteous and helpful. Overall nice hotel, just don't bother upgrading to sea view.

Saudi ArabiaThe Furniture is old and had scratches all over the place. The wall paper is out of the wall in places near the bathrooms. The hotel is due for furniture replacement in my view. The room is small to where I came from. The breakfast cost is high almost $26 dollar.
Nice property in a main road. It has the travel let basic needs of a hotel in my view. The rooms has all the device you need and it a practical hotel. The hotel lobby is nice and the rooms are equipped with a very good bathroom.
