One of the sockets in my room was broken and falling apart. I didn't know what to do, so I decided just not to touch it anymore. Finally the socket near my bed was ok, so I could charge my mobile phone. The hotel is located quite far from Alanya main tourist attractions, Alanya port and the Red Tower.

I liked the view on the sea and the mountains from my balcony. The ceiling of the room was very high and the room had an air conditioner and a television. The hotel had a swimming pool and a big terrace with many loungers, where I could lie and admire the view on the sea and the sunset. The staff helped me voluntarily with my luggage up the long stairs, when I was coming to the hotel, and they even accompanied me to my room, where they showed me all necessary things.

The following might be improved: - non transparent curtains - old analog TV can be replaced with flat TV

2 minutes walking to beach, the beach was nice and less crowded. Osman(the manager/owner) is very friendly.

There was nothing regarding the Hotel and the Staff what I not like

I enjoy every day of my stay. The location on a Hill with a view over the Sea, the city and the Cleopatra Beach was awesome. The clean environment in the outside areas, the pool and also in the room was excellent. The Wifi was working good in the room and the outside area. The staff try to fulfill every wish you may have, as long it is possible. I really can recommend this beautiful place to everyone who like a quiet atmosphere. Special Thanks to Mehmet, the owner of the Hotel and to Osman, the good soul of the Hotel. All in all: 2,5 stars for the Hotel and 3 stars for the service of Osman let me give a 5+ star rating for this place.

All was fantastic, amazing place. Osman help all The tourists. I feel like a Queen în the castel there. Îs perfect place.

Perfect place, infinity pool, not far away from The Castle, Osman îs very good person with tourists. Perfect place, IT was like my home. I turn back there for 1 month. I want to stay there forever, îs my favorite place în the world.

Only positive thing from the hotel is a cleaner lady who is friendly and nice person. The whole experience is catastrophe. There is worse customer service ever I have seen in my life. Very rude, doesnt offer even water 💦 in the room, very small and old TV in the rooms. When our kids bit run in the hotel immediately instruct them unfriendly like prisonguard. The guy who claims owner of the hotel doing reception work, waitress, guard all work (except cleaning) seemed <<donkey-character>> 🐴 doing customer service. I doubt he purposely switch off electric for certain hours of the night for example 04:30-06:00 to save money. When I asked he said there is electric off in "whole" Alanya. Check out day, our taxi 🚖 is planned to come at 8:30. When I was in reception at 7:40 sawing breakfast is almost ready like tea,coffee,honey,bread etc. but few things need to bring to table like eggs and cheese. I asked that can you bring those cheese and eggs that we would start to have breakfast at 7:40 and finish earlier so be ready quite on time. He didnt bring even though it takes half min. to go kitchen and bring them back.As I said he is so and so rude person who doesnt know what is humanity and whats is customer service. Sad and nervous experience !!!

The manager demanded to leave the keys at the reception when we wanted to go to the city center. When we refused, he went and entered our room. It's disgusting. Why should we leave the keys? What did he want to do while we were gone? Sniff panties? I don't want to walk around without keys. I want to go to my room at any time without contacting the staff. We stay 1 night and gone to other Hotel.
