Not all the staff speaks good english and something is hard to understand each other. some parts of the hotel are damaged and not really good impression. But they are few things that can be repaired and well mantained for the future.

THE LOCATION is the best you can have. Close to everything. The breakfast was full of food and the service was attentive. The room was always cleaned and the towels were also quite good.

Not really things the hotel can do much about but Local pubs/bars have loud music on till past midnight many nights a week but you kind of get used to it. Walls between rooms are fairly thin and you can really hear the corridor noise which isn't great when people come back at like 2-3am but I guess it's less the hotel's fault more just people being noisy.

This was our second stay here and as always the staff was really nice and helpful.whatever we needed help with they made sure to try their best to help or get it organised. The location is great, few minutes to the sea and a big park with cafés. Nice pool. Breakfast was nice buffet style breakfast with many options.

We wish the pool had been open, but it wasn't the season for this - so not a huge problem. Otherwise, it was perfect.

Fabulous location, lovely friendly staff, and beautiful breakfast. Our room was big and airy and clean. Beds were a little hard for my liking, but that's personal preference. Fresh towels every day, amazing spot looking out on the lively cosmopolitan street. We were expecting the pool to be open, but it wasn't unfortunately, as the end of March/ beginning of April is apparently winter in Turkey... they've obviously never been to Manchester UK as the weather was hotter than any of our summers! Breakfast was a buffet of fresh salads, olives, cheeses, breads, and more, plus Turkish tea or coffee which we loved, so don't expect a hot cooked breakfast. Overall, a fantastic hotel and would highly recommend. We will definitely be going back. Thank you! 😊

there was no elevator, which was okay for us but probably it is worth knowing for those needing the elevator.

It was a nice stay, the location of the hotel is great, we walked to the beach daily. the staff is great, the breakfast was quite good. the room was spacious enough for three people.

On our first night, the electricity went out for the whole area. Although it was not the hotel's fault but it was surprising that the hotel didn't turned on any generator. Luckily the power restored after a while. The room wasn't much lit. They should put bit more lightning in the room.

Breakfast was almost same everyday but it was good and satisfying. Staff was very helping, especially the manager Ilyas, who arranged our airport taxi. Location is ideal, with just 3 mins walk to the beach, 3 mins walk to nearest bus stop and surrounded by plenty of eating options. KFC was literally below the hotel. Room nice and clean. The terrace with our room was big and we could enjoy late night tea there.

TV in the room is a bit too small, windows need nets. A bit different lobby & facade from the pics but doesn't effect the quality of service you get...

Breakfast was really good with variety of options. Size of the room for a couple is also ideal - plenty of space! Great location, very close to the beaches, pubs & stores.

I didn't like that the hotel had no elevator ,although it's only two floors but our rooms were on the second floor ,we all didn't like breakfast, which made us take it in near by restaurants , a smile is always nice to see on face which is no always seen.

I like the location very much close to the beach , restaurants and buses, the hotel is clean the pool is nice although we didn't swim in it because the sea is near and wonderful.

Noisier air conditioning, especially in the evening, when something rattled in it after a while :)

On arrival, we were assigned a room on the lower floor, which we were not satisfied with. A room with a balcony was reserved before arrival. The next day, the hotel manager Ilyas quickly resolved everything to our satisfaction. During our stay, he helped and advised us several times, we were really very satisfied with the staff. Breakfast also ok. Great location.

Bathroom could've been better, toilet flush broken (but still works), bathroom window is always open so moths and mosquitoes can get in and there is a little damp/mould on the ceiling. Bathroom door doesn't close all the way and doesn't lock. The room door required a certain technique to open and close but it was manageable. Breakfast could've been better (no toaster available). There is no lift but we were on the first floor and could leave our pram downstairs in the reception.

The staff are very polite and helpful, room is very spacious and is cleaned daily, breakfast is ok (bread, eggs, salad, turkey, ham, pastry and tea/coffee), location is great as it's near restaurants, supermarkets and bus stops. Buses to get to main attractions are nearby (Kalacie, duden waterfall, lara beach). Konyalti beach is a 5 minute walk away.
