Nothing. Great value for money and a lovely place in a great location. We had a double room which we could lock, but I think there are no locks on the cupboards in the shared dormitory.

The staff are all lovely. The breakfast was amazing and they ask only for a donation depending what you think it is worth The whole place feels calm and very friendly. . It is in a great location close to restaurants, night life and tourist attractions.

Nice place and people. Clean and comfy. Great location in terms of walk around, you can easily reach the seafront, and lots of cafes and shops, a tram station, anything you may need. All in all I recommend it

If I were to describe the style of the interior I would say…tired, worn out hippie! Really needs some fresh paint with relaxing colors. Terrible pillows.

The bed was very uncomfortable, and all of the doors were really loud so you could hear doors slamming throughout the night.

I love the staff and the artwork on the walls. The location was good. I didn’t have time to enjoy the breakfast, but it seemed quite elaborate and smelled really good.

The room was quite small for our family of three. The building and installation are colourful but in need of renovation. The soundproofing is terrible unfortunately. You will hear noise from the street all night.

The location is great. The staff is very friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. They book us a taxi for a very early departure to the airport. They also serve a very solid and delicious breakfast!! :)

The WiFi doesn’t work except in reception. The room had very little airflow and got uncomfortably hot and stuffy at night for sleeping. Make sure to bring earplugs, at night and on the weekends especially the neighborhood can be quite loud with all the bars playing music.

The cubby beds with curtains are great for privacy and sleep if you are not a night owl / party person. The location is great for exploring Izmir. Go to the bakery next door for some delicious boyoz. The terrace is beautiful. Breakfast is by donation, and is one of the better breakfasts I’ve had at all the places I’ve stayed in Turkey. I appreciated the ample vegetable dishes!

The wifi really needs improvement, especially in the rooms (1st floor in my case), even with 3 wifi spots, it is really bad and unstable.

Location of the place is good. You can reach to the metro station in 10 mins, and directly go to the airport. Design of the building is nice. Toilet, shower is clean. There is a vegetarian kitchen where you can cook, drinkable water is available. Breakfast is open to everyone, but small tip is required. Hosts are kind.

The capsules bed were very comfortable and private, besides of very noisy when you are using the stairs to access since is made of wood. The receptionist gave me good advices and I felt very welcome. The breakfast was delicious and we pay by donation with the value that we consider ok.

Our room had a fan which was good but there's no aircon so was pretty hot at night. Seemed to be a loud street at night so if your looking for peace and quiet perhaps not the one for you.

Super cute hostel, friendly staff. They put on a shared breakfast each morning for a donation- super yum! Great location close to train station and bus stop. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Shared lounge which has air con. Great value for money!

Hostel takes extra payment for check-in during night time. I find this policy unfair.

Extremely good location (very easy to reach from ADB airport - 25 minutes by IzBan + 10 minutes of walk). Minimally equipped rooms, but for this price - perfect (we needed only to sleep and to take a shower). Polite personnel, helped to pick some good shops and cafes nearby. We were allowed to store our bags even after checking out!

I usually have no problem with noise from outside, but the noise from the club next door was unbearable. If you're here to go out and party, then that's no problem and this is the perfect place, but if you're hoping to sleep early, that may be a struggle. There was also no fan in my room, so closing the window to try to reduce the noise slightly resulted in the room becoming very stuffy. The addition of a fan could make a big difference.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The location very close to the walking street, metro station and lots of cafes, restaurants and bars. Had I been on a different kind of trip and been wanting to go out partying more, the noise would not have been an issue (it stops about 1am) and this would be 10/10
