One window was not closing properly in the bedroom and open up on windy days (it was windy on our first night in Side)

Excellent value, given the location and its proximity to the beach and the main road. The staff is extremely friendly, accommodative and supportive. They graciously allowed me to use their kitchen to prepare my own meals, which really helped enhance the enjoyment factor of my stay.

The owners of the hotel are very friendly and helpful, we enjoyed our weekly stay a lot. They taught us how to use the gas stove and it wasn’t difficult. The place is spacious, with a balcony. It’s also quiet and clean. The sea is close. There is also a swimming pool at the hotel, we used it a couple of times.

Hot water was available on fixed schedule as it was rainy day and central heater probably runs on solar power. Although the owner proposed to turn the heater on when we said that we would like to use hot water outside the schedule.

Very friendly owners. We needed to check out one hour later and they let us stay without extra fee. Hotel is pet friendly. Price for 3 person was pretty good.

Minuses: - overall quite expensive area - the public beach doesn't have showers

Pluses: -very close to the beach -nice and friendly personnel -quiet place -very good price for that area -good for families who travel on a small to medium budget -sandy beach and the cleanest one -could cook our own food which was helpful -laundry is rather cheap to do

We made our own breakfast since there was a kitchen within the rented Apartment, actually wanted a booking in Antalya city but I thought Side is a suburb of the city but it is a town/ city on its own and over an hours drive. That said if I was planning to visit or Stay in Side, the location is great (100-120m to sea front/beach) and the price is competitive for the area

Lovely welcoming hosts, made all to help us and to make our stay absolutely pleasant, helped with any thing we asked, was it early breakfast or additional duvet. Clean and cozy room with balcony, quiet place, 5 min by feet to shopping street with restaurants. Good breakfast, tasty and fresh. Highly recommended!

The fridge was not working properly. We informed the staff, they explained it will start working but very slowly. Well, for two nights it didn't. They promised to change it, but they didn't. It looks like the staff was aware about the issue with the fridge and they gave us this room as we were staying only for two nights. Very disappointing! The sink had a hole, the bathroom was not in a good condition. There were no forks or spoons in the kitchen.

The location was good - kind of close to the beach. Enough space.

This place is dirty. Our room did not look at the photos available on the booking. I have no idea how it is possible that this hotel has so high rate. It was one of the biggest mistakes we made (we visited more than 40 countries with hundreds on hotels and hostels and Side Apart was the worst one). Bathroom was disgusting. Mattress- I try to forget how it looked. Nails sticking out of the wardrobe (not small ones, we traveled with child). Staff- when we discussed something we could be sure that they will never remember about it (like for example breakfast hours). Owner's wife was the only we could somehow rely on when we talked about something. One situation to describe what kind of place it is: when we came to Side Apart we saw on our balcony lots of cigarette butts, we came down to say the owner to do something with this and he was extremely surprised and said that is not possible because their staff take care so much about cleanliness and for sure these cigarette butts are from balcony above and other guests. But he forgot that he booked for us the last floor so there were nobody above us... Don't make the same mistake and don't book a place there. We wanted to change this place but all hotels and apartments in Side area were fully booked at this time. I attache a few photos to show how it looked
