Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

TurkeyWe had an early flight and wanted to have our breakfast at 7.30 but because the staff is away at nights, it could not be served before 9am. We agreed that some food would be in the fridge for us to take in the morning. The place does not have any restaurant or even snacks to serve during the day. When we arrived, we were extremely hungry but could not even get somewhere easily to eat. The vineyard is pretty much away from everything, you will need to have a car to move around to go to the restaurants, beach, nearest towns etc. and it is expensive to move around with cabs (especially they charge extra for no reason and not use meter).
Cute and small vineyard about an hour away from Izmir. The rooms are spacious, stylish and very clean. Both rooms had a little backyard. The common area consists relaxing zone and kitchen with beverages (wine at additional cost). The territory itself ispretty, clean but small, no really place for a walk. Two cute dogs live in the territory.

United StatesWe had a peaceful stay at the center of Urla Winery while visiting almost all the wineries in Urla region. Rooms are very spacious. Also, stay here comes with some additional perks like free entry to Uzbas Arboretum and wine tasting, discount on purchases etc.

United KingdomSome areas were a bit dusty. They could pay more attention to that.
The location, decoration, comfort and service were excellent. Breakfast was excellent as well. We were very pleasantly surprised by our choice. It is ideal for 4 people who can book the two rooms at the same time. When you book both rooms you get exclusive access to the common area. The decorations and feel of the place is super luxurious. The view from the room is excellent.

RussiaPretty expensive, but at least one day worth it! The nearest restaurant is overpriced. It is hard to reach this place without a car.
Great view, fresh air, modern and gorgeous villa, excellent breakfast, tasty wine, hospitable staff (Melodi is the best!). There are really two rooms at this place and common kitchen and hall that your share with your neighbours. I likes the coffee machine the most! Degustation and 25% discount for wine bottles is included in room price, as well as visiting the botanical garden (about 1km away).

TurkeyIt’s not the first time, every year we are trying to come back, this is an unique experience in a quite ok budget, starting with the fact that you feel like you own a vineyard for your stay and also with the amazing room and living room of this chic mini hotel. We enjoyed every second of it, the staff is very friendly and helped us with some reservations and many recommendations! Thank you very much Elif & Cavit!

TurkeyWhere do i begin?! Yes, with Mrs Elif, which made our stay more than we could imagine, always there for us, giving us the best infos and tips and a special private wine tasting! Thank you again!!! As for the stay… did you ever dream of having your own vineyard? If not, dare to dream or come to 2 Rooms Hotel to live it (even for a few days), you will get the keys of the gate, be responsible for it to open/close the when you come late at night and enjoy the whole vineyard as your own garden when the program finishes and employees go home. The hotel offers great morning breakfast and and also has a private kitchen with tea, coffee, fruits and of course, lots of delicious Urla wine. As the big BONUS for us, were the 2 wonderful Golden Retreievers (Chapi and Aron, i hope i write correct) which are so friendly and make you feel even more at home. This was the most amazing experience, we will come again and i recommend it from all my heart!

Everything was exceptional! This was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had! The location is beautiful it is just you and nature! The hotel itself has a beautiful design with olive trees and palm trees etc beautiful winery view from the room. The shared area were we had breakfast or could just chill and have coffee was beautiful, large huge windows everything so you basically wake up between the trees and birds etc. We had an amazing view from our room and also a very big terrace as big as the room for our own, so we did a workout there in the morning! The facilities are amazing. You also get a card from the hotel to go and see the arboretum which is a 2-5 minute drive and has the biggest palm tree garden in it. Besides you can take a winery tour for free as you are staying at a winery. All staff were very kind and helpful. They helped us with everything. Especially Elif who I already had contact with after booking so we had a very warm welcome as if it was a friend welcoming us in her design house. They also provided us with water, since in Turkey you can’t drink tap water. And fruits and a coffee and tea machine. I booked only 1 night for the birthday of my sister so that she could have a special day and this really made it very special! She took pictures from the moment she got out of the car and was truly mesmerized by everything.
