I was not felling confortable when any employee doesn't speak english, i asked cocktail without alcoohol and I received with( this is not acceptable). Also during the first 2 nights music was ok( international songs) but last night the manager asked Russian and Turkish songs becuase there where the majority( again not normal) it is not mentioned anywhere that this is a Russian/turkish specific hotel. The " a la carte " restaurants were not open etc

same type of food everyday, some food was cold despite being under heaters??? majority of the popular foods were not filled up again after finishing, bathroom in room smelt like sewage no matter how many times it was cleaned and the smell would come out to the room, absolutely revolting, did not even want to take a shower in those facilities! dirty bedsheets, housekeeping came in but didn’t change the sheets. very poor customer service, asked for our bags to be taken down to lobby on our last day, they labelled the wrong bags with our room number and didn’t know where our bags were. we had to grab the trolley and go collect our bags ourselves when our airport transfer was waiting outside and we gave them hours of notice in advance. our bags were then not in the room as someone else had collected them and kept them outside the lobby - no communication what so ever and making us late for the airport, no apologies or anything. every time you asked a worker for something it was ignored. asked for playing cards/ tennis equipment from the entertainment workers, he said he will bring it and then didn’t show up when we were waiting for him, asked for drinks at breakfast lunch and dinner and weren’t allowed to get them ourselves and staff took so long to get them after asking multiple times, the beach cabanas were closed and had boxes on them and not set up, the shisha bar over the pool was closed, the indoor disco was closed and there were no pool activities despite them being advertised in the “what’s happening today” page on the website. water slides only open for 2 hours. very poor service and not worth the money at all.

We loved every minute of our stay , the hotel , the staff and facilities were exceptional! The staff worked so hard , always happy and smiling , and ensuring we had everything we needed and more ! Food choice was great and plenty of it .. we will return very soon The customer relations manager , Omar , was so helpful and went out of his way to cater for all needs … he couldn’t do enough for all guests … All staff spoke and understood English .. wifi was good 👍

Most of the staff were either “phoning it in”, or 17 year olds from the local high school. A couple of staff tried to go the extra mile but they were noticeable because so many weren’t. Can from customer relations deserves a special mention. This guy could give Basil Fawlty lessons! Seemed completely confused that someone would actually ask him a question, then failed totally to answer it. As it was about one of their extra services, would have expected more as this was a potential moneymaker for the hotel. Had to fight with housekeeping just to get our room cleaned on the first day. By day 2 housekeeping had run out of shampoo and shower gel. Eating was something that had to be experienced to be believed. To sum up, if you like drunk Russians in tiny speedos, limitless beer, and soviet era food served buffet style - this is the place for you. If you want something more upmarket and classy - try Butlins. Totally confused as to how this place got any kind of rating. 2 star at best.

No a/c. Food was very poor,means no sea food,no fruits.First launguage turkish,barely speak russian,no body speak English.Four restoraunt that should be incluid package was close. No entertament. The only spa and massage was good. Very disapointed.

it’s dirty , worn out , no entertainment, pool freezing not heated , didn’t clean room had to call manager to ask for it to be done , thick dust all around edge of carpet at times I saw young boys maybe 16 years old doing the cleaning. , food - hit & miss tbh but hygiene was low , so had to get in the dinner hall early loads of food was cold 1st thing I believe it wasn’t freshly cooked just bought back in from the day or days before you could tell what was fresh by what the chefs was dishing up for themselves ! , definitely not a 5 star definitely not deluxe, try to contact booking.com while I was there , booking.com didn’t get back to me , had to change rooms in numerous of occasions, broken door , not single beds , over grown tree literally outside balcony loads of bugs rooms are filthy they should be ashamed ,
