The place was beautiful and centrally located, but what really stood out was how helpful and kind the owner was. Really went out of his way to help us. It's the human touch that made Vezir Cave Suites really special.

We had a great stay, especially thanks to Hakan at the reception. However, the hotel could use more upkeep to compete with others. During our visit, breakfast was served indoors due to the cold, and the room lacked brightness. The food was basic, with slightly watery coffee and a shortage of cups and silverware. We needed an extra night and the only available room was the honeymoon suite, offered to us at double the price we paid for two nights. This was beyond our budget, so we opted for another hotel in town. We felt this was short-sighted on the management's part. The other hotel was quaint, with a much nicer breakfast room with a great view, much better food, and many touches that Vezir could adopt to improve its competitiveness. That said, Vezir offers a good cave hotel experience and Hakan is really helpful.

The hotel is situated uphill, away from the bustling main road, offering a quiet environment. Despite this, it's just a short 5-minute walk to shops and restaurants on the main strip. The rooms are carved into the rocks, with some located high up on the rock formation. Our room, conveniently on the first floor, was easily accessible with our suitcases. It was spacious, including the bathroom, and the bed was quite comfortable. Hakhan at the reception was great and went above and beyond to help us find a car.

The room was excellent with 3 room heaters. So, when outside the temperature was -1C, we were comfortable at the room. The bathroom was big with bathtub. Breakfast was delicious.

The jacuzzi was losing water so we could not use it. And there were some little problems in the bathroom.

Very beautiful location, and fantastic view on Goreme. The staff was very nic available. We recommend it!

It was our mistake that we didn't realize two deluxe suites. We really liked the pictures of the of with a lot of natural light and upon our arrival we were very disappointed with the dark and very cold room we were given. Even if it was low season (end of Feb), we couldn't change the room but luckily the heating was turned on, so the room got adequately warm and eventually liked the room ok. Unfortunately can't say the same about the bed. Its shape was round, so I assume it had custom made mattress (made of two pieces) but it was saggy and there was kind of a whole between the two parts, so it wasn't super comfy.

Location was great and the room had fantastic views over the valley. Also the room was very big and so was the bathroom with a large jacuzzi. The staff were friendly and smiling, though we didn't see them much.

Rooms are nice and well equipped, but the beds need to be made comfortable as they are very uncomfortable and creaky. Breakfast is pretty average and finishes off fast, if you don't reach on time it's not refilled always.

Excellent location. Very close to main market area. Easy to walk down. Nice property, cozy terraces to sit outside rooms and enjoy morning balloons or evening tea. Hotel owner was very helpful in arranging the ballon ride, taxi for sight seeing and also airport pick up and drop and always available to respond to queries.

Felt pressured to book the ATV ride. It was late at night and were tired from our flight but reception was discussing it nonstop, even after we aid that we will decide in the morning - so we just went ahead and booked it even if we knew that there will be conflicts with other tours that we have previously booked. Luckily, everything went well and we were able to enjoy the ATV tour

we arrived past 10 at night. check in was quick and we were assigned rooms in the ground floor - which was good since we barely had energy after a whole day of touring. During check in, they offered to book ATV Sunset tour for us. Even before arrival, Ugur has been messaging me through whatsapp and we booked Balloon rides with them. This was a good decision since balloon flights were cancelled during our stay and we did not have to worry about refunds since we were supposed to pay at the hotel. Hotel staff and boss are very helpful Breakfast was ok. 2 or 3 cheese options. bread, yogurt, cereals, juice, jams and coffee. But our favorite is the puff pastry served hot everyday. Room was a bit dated, but I guess that's the decor that would go with a CAVE-ish environment. But sleep was comfortable. Restaurants and stores are a 5 minute walk down the hill. There's also a restaurant nearby - MayaCappadocia - and we enjoyed coffee and dessert there. Since there were no balloon flights in the 2 mornings that we were there, we requested for the ATV ride to be shifted to a sunrise tour instead of sunset tour. On the day of our departure, the shuttle service we booked was late and reception helped us to contact a taxi who can send us to Kayseri. But the shuttle arrived before the taxi came to the hotel and there was no problem in cancelling the taxi.

Some help with the luggage would have been great, as the rooms on the higher levels had steep stairs. Our group of nine had 4 elderly people and when we requested the night staff (we arrived late at night) to help us with the heavier bags, he refused. However, we could manage. But some people may find it extremely difficult .

The Hotel is located just above the main street and has a motor path as well as stairs from the street itself. The view from the hotel is amazing. One can sit with breakfast and watch the hot air balloons gliding by. The rooms were good, the bathroom luxurious with a bath tub. Breakfast was good, not a huge spread but tasty and filling.
