TurkeyToilet/bathroom was small and a bit old fashioned. Even though there were COVID measures at hotel, other guests were not obeying rules (such as guests not wearing masks at food queues). But staff was very careful.
Polite, helpful and professional staff. Nice location (close to city via boat), clean sea and beach. Great food, bar and a la carte restaurant. The view of the room was really nice (6th floor sea view)

NetherlandsThe property showed its age in places. Door handles that were broken, showers that were shaky etc were common. None of this affected the quality of our experience, but it could use some makeover during off-season.
We had an amazing five day stay at the property. The staff were super friendly, from the moment we set foot in the property to the day we left. The other thing that was exceptional was how quiet and peaceful it was, thanks to both the adult-only setup and the ultra all-inclusive stay. The food was very high quality across the board and the beachfront was wide enough so you never had to think about having to rush to reserve a spot. Shout out to all the staff that made this a memorable stay, in no particular order, Serap, Tarik, Beytullah, Bahar, Burcu, Melahat, Asli, Buse and the lovely lady at the patisserie whose name escapes me. For such a short stay, it says a lot that we got to know so many people by name!

United Arab EmiratesThe beds in the rooms are of poor quality; they are very uncomfortable as they are old-style beds with wooden legs! The beds cause back pain and make lots of sounds. I strongly recommend the hotel change their beds to get new beds with the level of 5 stars hotel.

United KingdomIt was generally ok but some areas need refurbishing. Not enough choice for vegans, if your vegetarian you could get by with the same salads for lunch. However, some evenings there was not enough hot food selection for vegans or vegetarians only a choice or potatoes or rice but nothing to accompany it which was quite odd.
It’s a lovely location quite secluded and private but easy to get to the town via water taxi. Staff are very friendly and did their best to accommodate our requests

BulgariaMust take very serious measures for the cleaning. For sure housekeeping stuff must be more careful and professional. Except the deserts in the restaurant, all other dishes were nearly the same every day.
The location is super nice. The deserts in the main restaurant and in the lobby were great, delicious and various every day. The staff is super helpful and kind especially Damla, she is amazing and professional assistant.

United KingdomGenerally the hotel felt quite dated and cheap standard for a 5* hotel Really loud club night every night and rooms are not soundproofed at all so I had to ask to be moved and they couldn’t accommodate that for two nights Not impressed by dinner menu at all and buffet style food added to the cheap vibe Gym air con didn’t work so couldn’t use it at all during my stay Location not the best - would stay on other side where there are more restaurants within walking distance although water taxi was alright for Bodrum city centre
