Everything was perfect.

We had a lovely stay with great hosts. The hotel is very well situated in the old town and close to a very nice small beach, maybe a minute away. Great traditional Turkish breakfast with delicious homemade products in a pretty and comfortably arranged garden. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful. We had a wonderful time!

Yukser Pansiyone is a great place to stay, when you want to "explore" the old town of Side. Ali and his family take good care of you in their little stone house surrounded by a nice, calm garden. It is close to all Side Antik Kent and less than a 100 mtr from a little quiet beach. Also several great restaurants within 3-5 min. walk with sea views. This is not a fancy place, but very pleasent. We enjoyed our 2 days here and would recommend it for a short stay in Side.

The atmosphere and the energy of the hotel are great! It is very quiet and relaxing. Very unique in a rather loud Side. A beautiful stone house with a few rooms. A lot of space in the garden to relax and to read. The room was very clean. The breakfast was delicious with home made jams, olives and baked goods. The owners are very friendly and helpful. They helped me a lot during the stay with food recommendations, transfer arrangements etc. It is very rare these days to come across such a great hospitality. Thank you Ali! Location is perfect: 50 m from a quiet beach and round the corner from restaurants and vibrant part of Side. Very highly recommended!!!!

Bathroom is very small without separation between toilet and shower but that didn’t lower our overall impression of this wonderful place at all.

Amazing location, could see the sea from our window, very calm and quiet. Super sweet and kind hosts. Beautiful old stonehouse with huge garden all around, full of blooming flowers and trees. Rooms are small but still comfortable. The breakfast is simple but with fresh fruits and everyday with changing homemade baked goods (börek, pancakes, gözleme, French toast…)

We really enjoyed our one week stay there. Ali Bey and his wife are very good hosts. They were at our disposal for everything. The facility was clean and tidy with adequate air conditioning. Towels and bed linen were changed every other day. A traditional Turkish breakfast was provided each morning. The location is great: the nearest beach is a 2 minute walk away, with many restaurants and ancient ruins within walking distance. The dolmus and the bus station are easily accessible by the little train or even on foot.

For the location and price, I think everything was great.

My partner, I, and my parents explored side by staying at Yukser Pansiyon. We really loved the location. We were surrounded by ruins. Accommodation recommended us a near by dinner that was great. They also provided us a home cook fish meal with a day notice. The breakfast was superb. Units were quite basic and comfortable. We noticed there was a Swedish guy and a Russian couple that were coming to Yukser Pansiyon every year. Speaks loudly of the place. We liked the hammock with the view of the ruins.

Scratchy towels, but this is typical of Turkey. I wish there had been tea/coffee making facilties in the room.

This lovely, clean pensiyon was housed in a beautiful old stone building. Ali, the owner, was very sweet and helpful. We ordered a meal on the last day and had the best grilled fish of our trip. Great location too... in the old town, next to ancient roman ruins, close to beach and shops, but a bit quieter than nearby touristy streets.

The wifi is not stable, but that's ok. It's better to spend time walking around than watching the news on your phone.

This is a very cozy place in the middle of the old town, you can see ancient ruins from the window, and five minutes away is a huge ancient amphitheater. The sea is a one-minute walk, and a couple of inexpensive cafes are two minutes away. The hosts are very friendly and helpful people, a beautiful backyard where you will be fed handmade pancakes. Thank you very much. I liked this place.

Everything was special. From the welcoming and very helpful hosts, to the calm atmosphere inside. The garden, the food, the tranquility comparing to the all-inclusive hotels nearby, the location. I loved it all! Would definitely stay there again if we go visit Side

All was fine. I didn´t find anything wrong.

The pension is very close to the old town of Side, close to all important places but in the same time it is in the peaceful location, far from the noise. There are supermarkets, shops and restaurants in the close surroundings, the beaches are also few meters from the accommodation. The breakfast included in the price was really excellent with a big choice of various meals prepared at home, everybody will find there what she/he likes :). There is a possibility of buying bottled water directly at the pension. The owners are very nice, kind people, ready to help with all the requests. They made my stay even more pleasant, thank you very much! :) I recommend to everybody who wants to stay in a quiet place but very close to everything. I recommend the Long Beach not far from the accomodation, where you can find a free place on the public area, or some private beaches with sunbeds and bars.
