Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Breakfast was great with lots of variety for Asians, Westerners, vegetarians, and picky children! haha! We enjoyed the swimming pool and the hotel amentities i.e table tennis, billiards when we got tired of swimming and being on the beach. The hotel shuttle bus that runs every 30 mins to the night market was super convenient because there was NO parking available during the busy holiday. So glad that was an option.

SingaporeIt’s quite old and dated. We knew this coming in so did not mind but some might. Was a bit disappointed with the cleaning of the room. We moved our beds together and found loads of dirt under our beds. Left over clothes and slippers. The obvious dirt on the floor didn’t get cleaned when the room was made up
Swimming pool / slide and games room were perfect for our kids. They loved the place. Room was good size, big enough for a family if 4. Staff helpful and nice Close to sail rock beach which is the best of the three main beaches in Kenting and more peaceful away from night market yet has regular shuttle to get to it.

TaiwanThe breakfast buffet is okay.
The hotel room was comfortable and clean. We had a nice view of the hotel and ocean. We had stayed at an inn close to the night market and then stayed at Fullon so the kids could enjoy the children's pool with the slides. There isn't much nearby. There is a free shuttle to the night market area so just follow the schedule and where you get dropped off is where you get picked up. It's around a 5 minute drive but if we had walked to the night market, it would have taken around 40 minutes. You head down to b1 level to reach the outdoor swimming pool and a play area: air hockey plus some other arcade games and a small children's library area.
