Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

CanadaShower glass doesn’t extend all the way so bathroom gets very wet, but daily room service helped. Rooms felt a bit stuffy at first, but to be expected with the heat. They offer luggage storage, but didn’t feel the most secure since it’s not behind a locked area
Incredible location with lots of incredible places to eat. Property was clean and felt safe. Great value.

ThailandPerfect location, just the opposite of Da'an Park. The hotel is 1-min walk to Da'an Park Station, Red line MRT (exit 1) and 3- min walk to exit 6 which has an elevator for those who have luggages. 20-min to Taipei Main Station by MRT. There is also a snack bar on the B1 floor which you can have snacks and drinks. 7-11 and PX mart are also nearby, 5-min walk. The room is spacious. Water pressure in both shower box and bath are very strong which I love it.

United StatesI hope their restaurant starts running soon. They should move the washer/dryer to a better place from the garage. Although it's still quite convenient and it's free.
This Hotel has a good taste in decor. Room is a bit small but the bathroom is very nice. Place is very clean. Location is the best. Staff is courteous. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby.

United StatesIt would be nice to have an outlet next to bed to recharge phone. There is one by desk which worked fine though
The location across from Daan Park was a delight. Also the area surrounding hotel is upscale and filled with places to eat and show. I LOVED Dreamer Cafe and a lovely Korean restaurant around the corner. The staff were so helpful in directing me to get what I needed and call me taxi as needed. It was wonderfully clean and well designed and furnished. I would definitely stay here again and this was one of three hotels in Taipei I stayed at on this trip

United StatesWasher/dryer outside in the garage area - very strange. But it's free and detergent provided. Bedroom is too tight. Hope their restaurant starts running soon. Otherwise it's great for the value I paid.
The upscale decor and ambience inside the bldg, comfortable bedroom, nice jacuzzi tub although pressure from whirlpool is too weak. Big park across street and various eating places make life easier. MRT and buses right outside hotel Nice hotel staff Afternoon tea time. I missed most of it but they set a small tray of snacks in my room knowing I was out. That's thoughtful.

TaiwanI didn’t like the “bathtub”, it was like a hot spring style bath, more for soaking your feet than your body.
The staff was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. The room was different than I expected. I had previously booked the same type of room, so I was a little disappointed at first, but I liked the Japanese style of this room. The hotel was convenient to where I needed go.

Czech RepublicThe "do not disturb" buttons in rooms are an excellent addition. The hotel is beautiful with amazing elevator. We really liked fresh fruits every day. Also the walls between rooms must be soundproof or osmething like that because we could not hear anything from the other rooms. The cleaners are fast and efficient.

MalaysiaOld furniture and old bedding. Complimentary snacks and tea/coffee is in the afternoon only, itd be great if can be extended longer during the day.
Very close to the red line and bus stops, so pretty convenient to get around. Room size is spacious and the hotel location is at an area that is not noisy. Very close to the beautiful Daan Park, so you can have a stroll or just hangout for coffee (Louisa Coffee is at the MRT Station next to the park). Water pressure and heater works fine, also they gave comb, pretty decent toothbrushes and paste, earbuds, shower cap. AC can be adjusted according to your liking. Bed is firm but not too hard, so it is just nice for me. The lady at the receptionist speaks good English, so a shout out to her for being very friendly to me! You can hear faint noises from room next door but pretty quite 10pm onwards.

United StatesIf there is anything to complain, I would say no breakfast is provided as an option. But, there are quite a few options for breakfast close by. I chose to dine at MOS Burger and got a Rice Seafood Burger. Yummy!!
Hotel is located across from Daan park which you have to take a couple of hours to walk through. I was surprised at the variety of birds in the park. Other attractions are easily accessed by metro or Ubike.
