A laundry service would have been great, but by no means was this something listed or anything like that. Just would have been nice as we did have a bit of an extended stay.

The staff was extremely nice and accommodating, the room was great, and couldn't ask for a better location right in the center of BEAUTIFUL Lviv !

I booked a room without a window, but for me it was a little bit dark in the room. But it's only my personal feelings without a window in the room

Really nice hotel in the center of Lviv. Just 5-8 minutes walk from opera. The room is specious, you have everything you need. The bathroom is clean and the floor is warm, which give an extra plus to this hotel Also, you can have a breakfast in a restaurant that is located on the same floor as a hotel with a discount. It was quite there, as the room didn't has a window with a view on the main street.

Everything was great. I will now use this hotel instead of where I previously stayed.

I was pleasantly surprised by how large and complete this room was. I really liked the full kitchen so that I could prepare my own meals, make tea or coffee, and keep leftovers and drinks cold in the fridge. I worked remotely on my computer during my stay, and the desk space was comfortable.

Love this small hotel in the middle of the old town. It has great size of bedroom, bathroom and comfortable bed. The most important it's clean and looks "new". Drinking water is provided in every floor. There is good restaurant at the ground and first floor serving good food and inexpensive drinks. I would stay again in this hotel on our next visit.

-As we had a big and heavy luggage, it was challenging to use stairs. -We could hear tv working in other rooms. Soundproofing could be an additional service.

Everything is perfect. Super clean and well equipped room. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food tasty and quality is exceptional in the restaurant.

We were group from Finland going back to home and had only daytime in Lviv. We booked one room here to leave our baggage and have some rest, but we left late evening and did not sleep here. Lady in reservation was very friendly!

If the windows are reaching out the central street - there will be much noise in the evening/at night. It is better to book rooms with the inner garden view (no view actually but quite calm and nice:)). You may also listen to your neighbors talking, isolation is bad, so again, not an issue but better to book rooms with the inner garden view - those are calmer:)

Clean place, in the centre of the city (location is great). Good hours for check out (12:00) with a possibility to leave your luggage at the reception till the evening. Helpful staff.

The only bad thing is I only know this hotel and Ukraine during war. So something better would be That I can come visit my war time hotel during peace and full Ukrainian freedom. #SlavaUkraini

I’ve been coming to Ukraine helping with the war effort for a year and Central Hotel is always my base camp. It’s not a “hotel room”. It’s a studio apartment with a huge living space, kitchen with dishes and a fridge, and a full bathroom. The staff are so nice. It’s like a family environment.

Housekeeping didn’t really made up the bed nor did they empty our rubbish bins.

The location is absolutely brilliant. The room size is good and I liked the design of it too.

This was the fault of the Russians and the war and not of the hotel, but the rolling blackouts in the city were annoying. Even with this, the Ukrainians were not bothered at all. Amazing!

The location was right in the middle of the restaurant, shopping and sightseeing action. The building is very old, but the rooms were modern and very clean and comfortable. Great help with finding places and ordering a taxi by the desk clerk.

In our particular lux room at the highest floor we heard low frequency sound of the outer air conditioner block even with windows shut. If this is the best room of this hotel it should be designed better. It was annoying and hard to get sleep well, but I think can be minor for some people

Everything was great. Photos are 100% matched reality. Polite staff, nice location, free tasty breakfasts (free in our case, since we rented lux)
