    “A really lovely B&B with a most welcoming and friendly host who makes you feel instantly at home and comfortable. The location is a little out of town but it is quick to reach both Galena and Dubuque, and it means you have no trouble parking outside the house and at no cost and you get a quiet night! The house is full of character and our room was a good size with a very nice bathroom and all the facilities you could need either in the room or just on the landing (fridge, coffee etc). Snacks and drinks were available for free at all times. Our bed was very comfortable and the house was all very clean and cosy. We had a really lovely night's stay and the delightful room was really excellent value for money which included a simple but very pleasant breakfast.”
