    “The kitchen staff - Crystal, was excellent and friendly. She made us feel welcome, and worked very hard. Please do extend our warmest appreciation to her, including the reception staffs. Our room was good, but the shower room was not constructed well. Whilst showering water was floading the bathroom, and on one occasion, water found its way into our bedroom. My wife's church dress, hung on the make-shift wardrobe, was wet, and soaking. You need properwardrobes.”
