    “This hotel is so bad that I didn't check in. I called them to canceled the reservation before 5pm, but they still charged me. When I arrived, I found a lots of homeless in the hotel outside. even some one taking drugs. I left the hotel immediately. And call the hotel before the specified time to cancel the reservation, 3 hours later found that the reservation was not canceled and charged for the day. I contacted booking, and finally there was no return fee.”
