“Staff were exceptionally helpful. They asked us which of two rooms we would prefer on check in (close to midnight) . The breakfast staff were also friendly and helpful The day staff organised our shuttle back to the airport and allowed us to check out an hour later than normal to coincide with our car rental pickup. The room was roomy and spotless. Breakfast was OK. The oranges were good! The member of staff who hadn't initially picked up our message via Booking.com about the shuttle, found me to apologise. They did in the end organise an extra shuttle to pick up us and some others. Convenient for Syracuse airport.”
“Stayed here twice in a week in different rooms for an out and a return. Both times great value and clean. That's not always the case at some Super8s. But this one you can actually use the shower, and with no black feet from dirty carpet. Breakfast is muffins & juice machine which was fine with me. However it's also located next to a McDonalds, for people that want more.”
