“The location should have been interesting but we never got there. I had a medical emergency in Jackson Hole. When my family and I should have been in Pinedale, I was in the hospital. I called the owner to explain the situation. She was very understanding and said she would return our payment. That never happened. She did say it was important to contact Booking.com, which I did.”
