Walls are V Thin. Could not only here next door but 2 doors down, opposite and below. Not sure if it's student accommodation but there was a party on the Saturday (no issue usually but exacerbated by the thin walls) Also a very loud violent altercation in the corridor with a lot of shouting and threatening behaviour. I recognise this is out of the control of the landlord but may have been very intimidating for some.

V CLEAN. Good facilities if needed. I did not need most but they were all to a good standard.

The location is a bit far from the centre and very close to the freeway. There was a couple next door having very loud sex very often. The room was well equipped but not very cosy. For some people the location and anonymity of the building might feel intimidating. I felt safe at all times though.

The place is spacious and clean. The bed is comfortable and I thought it was good place to stay in Rochester since hotels are either very expensive or bad. There is free parking and a gas station and a great coffee place, Hydra, next door.

Apartment was very cold, and not enough blankets so... Arrangements were to call a number and we would be let in remotely. There was no answer, and it was cold and snowing so we left and came back later...second time no problem. But if we had got in the first time, we could have put the heat on so it would be warm when we came back after the dinner/concert.

I didnt like the fact the wifi had issue connecting. The bed room was very cold heat was not really kicking in for some reason. The toilet had issue flushing at times. I was not really able to sleep as much due to the fact there was a party going on in one of the rooms and it was very loud.

The building smells strongly of cannabis The apartment smells strongly of cigarettes. I feel like I was second hand smoking all weekend. The walls of the apartment are paper thin. On Friday night the party next door was going strong until midnight with rap music blasting. After midnight you could still hear loud voices and laughter in the hallway. In the morning, on both days Saturday and Sunday you can enjoy listening to cartoons on full blast. This is what you have in mind definitely book this place. When we entered the apartment the thermostat was set up to 54 F, needless to say that it took couple of hours to warm the apartment up. However, the bedroom was never got warm enough. We had to keep the door between the living room and the bedroom open. There were only 2 light blankets so we were cold all night.

Building has thin walls so it does not stop any noise from neighbors. During our stay - which lasted just one night - we witnessed multiple dramas, loud argues and even party going until 6am. Did not feel so safe, with people screaming, threatening to each other not even mentioning the language they use. Wouldn't want to repeat this ever again as a tourist.

Apartment is nice, spacious, clean and in ok location; walking distance to bars, restaurants and city center.

The staff kept harassing me about noise and once I turned the music off . The next door neighbors music was just as loud . I played music after quiet hours and staff told me to turn it off or cops were going to be called .

Apparently this property tends to get misused by people looking for a place to party and there was a sense of being in a run down low income building or a Motel 6. There are signs posted prohibiting the use of marijuana, vaping, etc., but as soon as we entered the building the odor of marijuana was very strong. The place is furnished with inexpensive items- which isn’t necessarily a problem but adds to the lower overall review. Sheets were paper thin , worn out really. Blankets provided were cheap. The worst part was there was a huge disturbance on the second night of our stay. Sounded like serious domestic violence or crime taking place next door and then in the hall by our door. It was VERY SCARY. The host responded right away once I sent a message but nevertheless this was a deal killer and I would not stay here again. Also, each door has a keypad entry but no lock inside so I did not really feel safe, especially during that incident. I’m sure the owner has good intentions but this is the kind of property that makes Airbnb a bad thing.

I took a chance and selected the property in order to have good value for a suite setting - separate bedroom living room and kitchen area. The room itself was decent- I loved the very high ceiling and big windows. This place has potential to be quite charming.

The loft was beautiful. Check in instructions were thorough and made getting in quick and easy. Everything we needed for bedding, cooking, and toiletries were well stocked. The Wi-Fi worked well and the information for it was easily found.

I loved this loft apartment. It was just what I was looking for. I am a traveling nurse and I needed a place for a few days until my rental was ready. I found this place on Booking.com. It is so easy to get to, literally right off the highway exit. Plenty of stores and conveniences around. It Is an loft apartment, high ceilings and heavy duty doors. Would loved to have been able to stay here for my 13 week assignment here in Rochester.

There are cots instead of a sleeper sofa. It's pretty basic; small towels, basic toiletries, no comforters, just blankets. FYI- At the time of our stay there were several homeless people living next to the building.
