The breakfast was delivered to the room.Small cup of coffee, no milk. One person ordered a breakfast sandwich which we never received.

The check-in was very quick and easy. They asked at that time your choice of two breakfasts.

The hotel is a lovely and charming retreat that was comfortable and clean with a gorgeous view of the lake by the pool. If you are in the area and need a place to stay. This is a good choice. The restaurant located downstairs is the best restaurant in town with delicious food and presentation that exceeded our expectations.

Sergio went above and beyond to help with us to get our mini fridge fixed. I think overall he is the best employee there. He made sure we had cups and towels.

When I booked the room about 6 weeks before we came, I was told the price was $104 yet I was charged $129. I had asked for one of our rooms to be a Lakeview, and was told it would be, yet when we arrived, I was told we had two road view rooms. The man at the desk switched us to Lakeview for an additional$10 a night, which I didn't mind, but it was still $14 more than I was told when I booked the rooms. I booked them booking.com... Never again! I had booked a third room and had to cancel a few hours later and had a hard time doing so but was able to finally. When we arrived six weeks later, I was told we still had the third room! It got cancelled but it wasnt a very nice experience. There needed to be a towel rod next to the sink for the hand towel and another hook to hang the bath towels. We hung the damp towels in the closet. Beds would have been much more comfortable with an "egg crate." Comforters were so heavy that we had to turn the air conditioner way down. A lighter comforter would be more comfortable in the summer. And save you money. It would have been wonderful if there was someone serving drinks at the pool, and we certainly would have spent more money!

Breakfast was good and thoughtfully put together, though I would have rather had the same thing in the dining he room. Sofie at the front desk was exceptional. She knew so much about the area, answered our questions, was always available, was professional yet friendly. The flowers all around the building were spectacular and made the Inn a unique place. We met and spoke to the lady who cared for them... what a special person! We enjoyed the pool so much... absolutely beautiful view! It's only 1 3/4 hours from our house to the Inn so we will be back!

one of the reasons i chosen IOTL was the breakfast buffet. The breakfasts you sent were not as good as I could have gotten I the gas station across the street, I know I used to live in Sebring. i always wanted to stay at IOTL but I had my own house to sleep in. very disappointed Chicanes was not open. plus staff was greedy with what you get in all hotels. 3 women with one tiny shampoo and body wash (glad I left mine) i left notes for extra towels and shower caps but every time we needed we had to go down and ask. not that it was added to our bill just not convenient since you cant fly with that stuff. SERGIO is the absolute most friendly and helpful hotel employee I have had at any hotel and I have stayed at ALOT of hotels around the Country. if he is not manager you are not using your staff properly. cant say enough good about Sergio

hot in the rooms, and 3rd floor hallway Hot 🔥.....they had keys instead of cards, the counted the amount of guest and breakfast choices are not even worth it. Will think 2x about stay there again....

Hands down the best place to stay in Sebring, the gardens around the pool are just beautiful I haven't seen anything like it since I lived in Italy when I was Young. I love the room service breakfast in the morning, great if you have kids. Absolutely will stay at again. looking to book a room right now actually.

awesome spot right on the lake. my room had an outside door which I wasn’t expecting but it was right on the water with a great view. staff was very friendly. breakfast delivered is awesome.
