How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The hotel is just a few minutes drive from the airport. The room was spotlessly clean; however it was not cleaned by the staff. I don't know if this was by oversight or if it is hotel policy. If I had stayed more than 3 nights, I would have checked at the front desk. As other guests have mentioned, there are no restaurants or stores within a short walking distance. But there are plenty within a longer walking distance or a short drive.

Nothing really
Was near restaurants and Walgreen, when booking a place I make sure there’s a Walgreen in walking distance for supplies that I don’t want to bring with us when flying. Easy access to airport and sea port.

Location not for walking about. Office door always locked. Outside furniture chained together. Orange juice machine needs cleaning. Granola bar for breakfast.

A few residents were hanging around outside, they wasn’t bothering anyone.
It was clean, the rooms are nice decor and the beds was comfortable

Seemed tired. It it was clean
Very close to airport and cruise terminal. Hotel had an arrangement with taxi company so good service to cruise port. Nice restaurants near by. Staff were helpful and friendly

Room was not very clean-dirty soap with hair left in the room. Doors and knobs not clean- remote very sticky. Holes on the linens.
1 Mile from the Port Everglades was conveniently located.

There were cigarette burns in the bedding and the mattress cover had stains on them. The bathroom light didn’t work, however a lamp was provided. We did see and kill some bugs 🫣
The location was ideal for this trip. It was well cleaned when we arrived. The staff was very friendly. The other guests were quiet at night.

There was no stopper for the bathtub. I really wanted a book and a bubble bath!

Towels looks extremely old, and only 2. I asked for more towels and the lady made me go up to get the old ones, like if I was going to steal the old towels. The refrigerator didn't work, by the time we realized the food we brought went bad.

Free continental breakfast advertised on booking dot com turned out to be a coffee machine an orange drink machine and a small bowl of thin packeted muesli bars down in front of check in. Not sure that is a breakfast so ad is misleading. Also took screenshot of their advertising on booking dot com for private shuttle. We had to pay usd 50 for a Lyft from the airport as they said they have no shuttle. Therefore misleading advertising. I told the owner twice and showed him the screenshot. He later said the ad had been Removed. I looked again and it was still showing.
New furniture. The owners wife was nice.

Check out is at 12 and starting at 9:30, housekeeping was knocking on the door to see if we were out. I specifically said we would be out just before 12 at the first knock but still got a knock every 30 minutes. Perhaps she didn't understand english and it was a miscommunication on both sides. She never said anything to make me think she didn't understand me the first time but did the kinda blank look my mom gets when she is confused each time.
Kids loved breakfast and my mom liked that coffee was available 24/7. The pool area alone is worth the stay!
